Wow...where to begin. I spent a good 2 months organzing my house and packing my belongings. I labeled each box and had everything in stacks, organized by which room and which floor they would be delivered to in the new house. Purchased a Troy-Bilt Lawn Edger Model TBE575 and have used it less than 25 hours. After having to replace two belts, it stopped working altogether and I was informed by the repair shop that it was not worth fixing. Getting Troy-Bilt customer service to respond, by e-mail, phone or letter is fruitless. Troy-Bilt used to make reliable products when they were factory order only. However, since MTD is manufacturing their products the quality, reliability and customer service have tanked. I hired them to fill in a pool. 1) They had to drain the water out. They did not drain all the water. 2) They where to make drain holes in bottom of pool. Did not do this, Reason: Their was water in the pool that they did not remove. 3) Knock in the side walls of pool. Only removed about one foot of the side if that in some areas. 4) They where to put stone first in the bottom of the pool for drainage, this was not done. First of all let me start by saying to check your items before purchasing them from Bravo Supermarket. I purchased four jars of baby food and two out of four were expired. Don't ever use House Dr. Painting Co out of San Jose CA. This is by far the worse company in every possible area! Pressure wash was half done, paint chips left everywhere, prep was awful, finish product peeled off the walls within 2 hours! Thurs., May 6, 2010, Sears Repair Service was supposed to come between 8 am & 12. No one came. Approx. 10 am I called, got a recording they would come between 1pm & 5pm. They did not come or call. My Daughter purchased a 50" Samsung Plasma 3D TV along with the Best Buy wall mount installation package on May 2nd and hauled it home. She decided that the $800 for installing the TV was too much, so she cancelled this and hired some other people to install it. Nine days later when the installers took the TV out of the box to install it, the screen was shattered. The installers took the TV back to Best Buy, but they said that they would not accept the return because either the installers dropped it while trying to hang it on the wall, or my Daughter dropped it while hauling it. I ordered a speed control for a Sears Whole house fan on 5-21-10 from the above parts store, which was a nightmare in itself. We had a little Problem with our computer. I called My Computer Works to have them send an IT Tech out to take a look at the problem. The Tech they sent was the most unprofessional, dumbest IT Tech ever!!! He had no idea what the hell he was doing. So he started googling problems that he thought what was wrong with our computer. He ended up breaking the computer even more and then the company had the nerve to charge us $300. I would not recommend anyone to use My Computer Works. They are such a rip off! Go to Geek Squad. It was recommended by the Canadian Health Website that these products worked and there were many testimonials for them. It was understood that these were free trials and you were only required to pay shipping for the products. Apparently in the fine print it is said that if you DO NOT CANCEL this within 14 days (which it takes to even get the product) you go on automatic subscription and I received another $400 worth of this crap and was billed for them.
