My husband and I ordered a Nikon digital camera from Blue Hippo. The product was paid in full. After 1 year we still haven't received our camera. We have contacted the Federal Trade Commission and called Blue Hippo numerous times to no avail. I'd prefer to have the product I paid for, or my money back (including the shipping and handling). To make a very long story short, they sold me a car that had an oil leak, I bought a warranty and they never paid the company so I have been paying for a warranty for 5 months that doesn't exist. I had got my brakes (pads)done at Merlin and they guarantee lifetime warranty in 2008. I got my brakes pads gone this year and called them since it is on warranty they said it will cost me $80 service fee.. Sausalito Moving and storage was hired to move my household to Southern California and put everything in storage. When I got everything out of storage all my furniture was broken. All boxes were crushed. Fragile boxes were on the bottom of heavy boxes. I bought 2 electric bikes (a substantial purchase) at Toysrus and the handbrakes never worked correctly. A simple adjustment was needed. Unfortunately I waited 8 days too long to bring this to their attention. I spoke to the manager, I think his name is Mike, at the Watchung, NJ store asking him if they would adjust the brakes (The bike assembler could probably do it in a couple of minutes).
