He told me I had until March 7, 2010 to cancel if I did not want to continue. I have electronic billing via email. I was never notified that there was a bill. Rather than contacting me, after 2 months, they sent me to the creditors. No phone call, no bill through mail, no bill through email, nothing. After I found out there was a bill, we immediately paid it and asked to be taken off the creditor report since we have outstanding credit. On 1/31/2010 I purchased an ASUS Eee-PC mini laptop computer and was exchanged for having hard-drive issues due to counterfeit software. I was given a new laptop of the same brand. You take your prescription in, drop it off with your insurance info and when you pick it up they inform you your insurance will not pay or can not connect with thier system. They suggest you pay full price for the medication - which you do - cause you need the meds. Afterwards, they file your insurance claim and collect and then refuse to return your money... Nice scam, surprised the insurance companies haven't caught on. Oh, BTW, the insurance company doesn't care and the store manager is always in a meeting. Two women solicited our home on a Friday evening as we were making plans for the evening. It was an inappropriate time and they kept haggling my husband to purchase magazines for them to win a trip.
