My husband and I purchased treatments totaling $2700 from the Clackamas/Washington Square Portland, OR locations. We drive 200+ miles to have the treatments; we have had 3 so far. I called Bill and Rods Appliance Repair in Livonia, they are about 4 miles from my home. I described the problem, they said it was probably the thermal fuse. They came the same day, with the fuse. I found it for sale on the internet for prices between $4-$10. I had the dryer in the middle of the room so they didn't have to move anything or unhook anything. I received a package in the mail from Hydroxatone when I had NEVER ORDERED anything from them! They somehow accessed my credit card and made a small charge ($4.00). The invoice in the package states that I owe a balance of $142.85 and that I will be billed $2.95 on April 16th, $69.95 on May 22, and $69.95 on June 21. We immediately called our credit card and informed them that we had NEVER purchased anything from this company. I am very unhappy with my uverse service billing, and telephone. Iwas told that I would be connected in august 12th 2009 and was not connected until sept 18th 2009. I have had billing problems since. I have used Auctionarms on several perevious occasions. I was recenltly high bidder on an 1881 pattern US Army dress helmet which I paid for using Gunpal, which I had just signed up for. When the item wa snot recieved I contacted the seller who state the item had been sent to an address supplied by Auctionarms, notmy address. The empty box was subsequently returned without the $160 item. Auctionarms refuses to return my calls but did send an email telling me current addresses are my responsibility. My friend went to buy an RV. Gave a 1000$ deposit. The financing didn't go through. The deal was off, the sale cancelled. I want everyone aware of this agency. It is not licenced, it is a place that preys among innocent parents and children. They scammed me out of $850. I took my daughter for an appointment and right away the art of persuasion started from Mecca H who works there. I have a stratolounger recliner that is about 3 years old and is in great condition. This chair was used very sparingly the past couple of years and now has been pressed into use, As I said the chair is in great condition, however a problem has arisen in bringing the chair from a reclining position to s normal seating position. It is so stiff that it is very difficult to press the leg protion of the chair down to start the positioning process. You have to slam your legs down very hard to get the mechanism to move. I had to pay $499 to Crown Honda to service my vehicle when I purchased it out of the lease. Purchased a new Nissan Murano, before even leaving lot wanted to return it. Dealership would not help and was asked to leave their lot. The seat really hurts to drive it over a long period of time. I went to Bay State College for Fashion Merchandising and its a really close knit community. While I don't have any problems with the school itself, and classes, its the dorms. They are absolutely HORRIBLE!!! First off, at $12k a year for what I'm getting, I could be getting a lot more. They cram 4 people in a tiny 15 x 10 room with barely enough room to move. They found out our home was for sale last year and will not give us an answer. They won't deny us as we have good credit and a good credit rating.
