We bought a new Craftman push mower. The first time we used it, it would not run. My husband coaxed it to mow about 1/2 of our small yard and it died. We took it back to the local sears store where it was purchased. They would not replace it. They said we had to send it to the repair center in Hixson TN. The repair center called about 1 week later. They said it would cost about $70, for a tune up. Wal-mart would have just give a new mower. Received custom shoes from tnt dance designs for my wedding. Not only did the shoes have a heel that was coming away from the sole, but there were scratches and glue marks all over the shoes!!! When I called to get the shoes replaced, they couldn't guarantee they would be ready in time for my wedding-- and they didn't care! We bought a puppy from this kennel. The owner said she was "selling it for a friend" and that she had never actually seen the puppy's mother, herself. The puppy turned out to have generalized Demodectic mange, which, our vet says it could only have acquired at birth from its mother, and which showed up when the puppy turned 4 months of age.
