I called Gillece to set up an appointment to have my air conditioning unit looked at. I set a time later in the day, 4:00, so that I would only have to miss some work. At 5:35 still no call from the technician so I called them and was told that there was not even a technician in my area. When I asked well will one be out for my confirmed appointment, for which I received an email as well as verbal confirmation of, the dispatcher said I don't know and really didn't even seem to care. I thought I was downloading Open Office, which I didn't get. What downloaded instead were two programs, one by EZ Tracks and the other LoveFreeGames. I want neither of them and I believe they are possibly even malware. I purchased a silestone countertop several years ago from Home Depot and have been trying to get my problem fixed on and off since then. I have a complaint with the Mr. Buzzy vibrator, model F150. I purchased this vibrator and learned that I needed to rewire my bedroom to 220. That's not cheap to do! After that, I learned that if I used the vibrator no other person in my household could watch television. It caused all reception to become squiggly.
