Purity Cleaners
Purity Cleaners in Sarasota, Florida ruined my son's silk tie. It appears to have been washed then ironed. They offered to fix their mistake, but the end result is worse! The tie is wrinkled and misshaped. Only someone without any quality control would send that tie back to the customer. I spoke to George at Purity Cleaners and he now says that it is the fault of the company and that I need to take it back to Macy's. That was not his position the first time he took it back. Of course, they will not reimburse me for the tie. Unfortunately, I sacrificed quality for convenience(delivery to your door). I have learned my lesson... the hard way! read full review »
Timeshare Task Force llc
My 87 year old mother was contacted by this ripoff company and told that for a fee she could get money returned to her numerous resale time share transactions that were perpetrated against her credit cards over the past 2 years. The company after taking the charge card info has not answered the phone or called back!!! She was charged $1200 dollars and we probably won't get it back.

I have contacted Lee Kromis SEVERAL times over the past 4 years. I have gone through email, snail mail, fax, and phone calls. I do not get any responce, and I still have not recieved my photos! I placed two seperate orders on two seperate occasions. I sent all measurements as requested. Up until this point staff was curteous and very accomodating. I was sent an e mail explaining that the company was making a move from California to Texas and there would be delays. That was fine with me, as I am an understanding person. I completed my enrollment committment and kept getting letters from them saying that I hadn't and that I must spend another $22 or $23 or they would just charge it to me. I kept e-mailing them asking for details as I had purchased other books after the introductory package. Finally I got an e-mail response that said the last book I purchased cost $12.98 and to qualify for meeting the requirement, it needed to cost $12.99. I responded to that e-mail and offered to give them the extra penny. Then I got a letter from a collection agency.

I own one of the Kenmore Elite refrigerators manufactured by LG that lost its Energy Star designation. It is model number 795.775726. I purchased the refrigerator in June of 2007.I also own a Kill A WattEz energy usage monitor. When I measured the annual estimated usage over 3 days the monitor settled at an estimate of 1, 152KWH for the year. On March 21, 2010, I had a reservation to have brunch at this restaurant at 11:30 a.m. This, as you must know, was the day of the L.A. marathon. When I attempted to park my vehicle, however, I was told that my vehicle could not be parked by the restaurant's valet service because my small, 11-year-old dog was resting in the back. Timeshare task force llc
My mom was contacted by this company TIMESHARE TASK FORCE LLC and she was led to believe that they could help her get money back from the timeshare company that stole her money. An up front fee was charged and they never answered the phone after her credit card was charged. My mother is 89 years old and these people should be hung by the nearest tree. I have contacted the State of Florida Attorney's Generals office as well as the Dept. of Agriculture who suppossely monitors fraudulent companies such as these.

I began coverage 8/01/09, with extensive conversations with agent assuring my coverage, including prescription medication. I ordered the Bourghese Chest online on Oct 22, 2009. It is now March 22, 2010 and I still have no chest. The dresser was sent back 3 different times because it did not pass the quality inpsection once it reached the delivery company. The ZGallerie customer service representatives are horrible and not helpful at all. They should go above and beyond to please their customers and absolutely do not. Initially contacted and paid OSF Tattoo/Mike Swartwood to do two tattoos for my husband. They were not complicated tattoos, just two names about 6 inches in length. We were told he would need to do them in stages for the ink to take hold. It took several sessions to "complete" tattoos (which are still spotty and we will be going to a reputable tattoo artist to have redone) and in those sessions he informed OSF Tattoo he would do an apprenticeship for my husband at a fraction of the cost ($500).

This company calls my house all hours including after 9 pm and on Sundays. I keep tellling them they have the wrong number and then they proceed to tell me I have to mortgage my house to settle the debt that is not mine. I tell them the person they are seeking is not living here and they reply that the phone calls will continue till the debt is paid in full. 5pc. dining set from Victory Lane, Inc. (purchased at Walmart) has numerous paint bubbles on the table top. Found when assembling.
Manual states not to address defects with store, but to contact manufacturer. I did so and was told they do not replace table tops or pedestals, even with maqnufacturing defect.
They told me to return to store for exchange (stores in my area are sold out), which means disassembling and repackaging. Which is basically impossible. Walmart is also giving me the run around.

Our bloodhound was supposed to be guaranteed against genetic health defects. She is only 3 and is a terminal cancer patient, has hip dysplasia in both hips, has an eyelid issue that is also genetic (entropion). This company is selling indian hair with lice/nits in it the will say they guarntee cleanliness but when you send the product/products back for them to fix it they keep the merchandise and never contact you company again. The hair is dirty and unsanitary and I can't believe they would even sell a product in that condition. So if you are looking for quality you may want to keep looking.

I ordered $500 worth of products from this company. I was so excited to get them, but I got a horrible allergic reaction to them. I emailed fair and flawless several times with no response so finally i called and I got a response. They said I could send them back for a full refund. I went on line and found this moving company to move my family and I out of an apartment into a house on April 3rd. My appointment was scheduled for 2 p.m. for the movers to arrive. My husband received a call from the company at around 4:20 p.m. stating that they were running a little behind schedule and that they had not forgotten about us.
