At the beginning, I was a customer of Pure Med spa. They didn't call to tell me that it was being bought by BriteSmile BriteSkin and that I would loose more than half of my treatments. I bought a LG Gas Dryer Model #DLG1320W, on Feb. 2, 2010. Four days after it was delivered, the gas heat element broke down. LG sent me the name of a local repair person. Our home loan is upside down althoug we paid about 25% in down payment and priciple payment. I have been working with Wells Fargo Bank for over a year for loan modification. They have been rejecting us for various reasons. The most used reason is that they did not receive all the documents within the time frame they defined. We faxed in the documents, called to make sure they had eveything (of course nobody answered the phone.) We had no responses. Then we got letter in the mail that they rejected the application again due to our fault! They have been playing this game with us for over a year. The advertising and sales people for this company lead you to believe your accommodations are at a 3 or 4 star hotel and we found them to be very much less, more like a one or 2 star with no dining room, air conditioning turned off at night, white beans at every meal. My son received a letter and a check dated 3/31/10 the letter stated that he had won a prize of $8000.00 from Consumer Rewards Program enclosed was a check for $987.79 to be cashed to pay the taxes and processing fee before the lump sum winning could be sent to him. This company has serious customer service issues. I called for an a/c service call, and was told a tech would come that day, and that I would be contacted with a window of time (eg 2-4pm). After waiting 3.5 hours, I called to find out a time window, and the tech arrived an hour later.
