I began our loan modification process with Wachovia back in Oct. 2009 and to date we still haven't been able to finalize it. Company is $53 just to look at your set (non-refundable). This is much higher than most TV repair shops which charge about $29 for a diagnostic fee. I called up after I dropped off my TV to find out about the status, and left two messages, both of them unreturned. My mom took a thumb drive to a drugstore that shall remain nameless until I can be sure the virus came from there, but she brought the drive home and it immediately crashed her computer. I watched a fully updated copy of Free AVG scan the infection "windo.exe" and do nothing. I installed another free product from antivir.com and it removed all the infections. On the website they say that you can return shoes at the store to save on the return shipping but when you get to the store they tell you that you have to ship it back because "they cant balance it". I filed my taxes using Taxbrain on 1/15/09. My taxes were supposed to be direct deposited using Metabank. Taxbrain used the wrong bank info when they sent my file to the IRS and my refund was sent to another bank.
