Home depot agreed to design my kitchen cabinet in Dec 2008. The designer took wrong measurement and ordered wrong cabinets for $4, 600. Had a problem with a promotion at Foxwoods. Simply went there and was not allowed to use the promotion. Complained at a later date and spoke to several employees. One employee suggested I speak to another. It turns out since I am not a valued customer with limited points etc. I would not be eligible for anything but what I earned should I used the promotion. I used this promotion that I was not allowed to use at a later date. I wanted something more for the fact I drove an hour and one half each way to use this promotion. He makes a habit of taking deposits for jobs, then does not complete the work. He does not pay his employees on time and that's if he pays them at all. There are employees who are owed in excess of $4000. He withheld monies from paychecks for insurance that employees signed up for but then failed to pay the insurance company those funds. Beware of 30 day free trials expectially Family Vita Health products. I ordered a free trial of the colon cleanse and slimAcai and canceled before the 30 day trial period was up. First when you order it takes atleast 7 days from the day you order for them to process and even though its post-marked it will take you about another 10 days to recieve your product. This agency was never able to provide tickets to the Michael Buble' concert in Newcastle, May 2010. Despite my repeated phone calls to them and their promises that the tickets would be dispatched in time - they of course never arrived! I booked these tickets 6 months before the concert date. I had some keys fall off my 7 month old Compaq laptop keyboard. Went through the warranty reporting India merry-go-round, paid $19.95 to ship my laptop in for warranty service. I've been going thru HELL for over 2 years with Experian to resolve my problem. I have been trying to refinance my home and they keep on reporting to the potential lenders that I do not have a credit history.
