Received 7 phone calls in 2 days calling to provide us with information regarding Colorado Technical institute. They were asking for my daughter but calling my cell phone. They refused to take me off the list because they said my daughter had requested the information. My daughter is in her second year of pharmacy school and is not interested in an online school. She said she had not requested information from them. The last time they called I said I was my daughter and told them I had not requested any information, they then asked me if I was in school, that was why they were calling. Gift certificate that was paid-for in advance was not honored. It was sub-contracted with The Great American Balloon Company and they cancelled many times due to the weather, although the weather was not poor. After several years of emails and phone calls, they refused to give a refund unless we produced an original credit card receipt. We gave up. My problem with the company started when I ordered the blender. I placed my order for one blender for $222.99, but as I was getting ready to complete my order, there was an offer to purchase a refurbashed blender for $99.00. Hi, I want to complain about a company most everone has heard of by now called "Planet Orange". They are under the category in which the more something is repeated, the more people will believe in it, even if it is a scam. I purchased the montel healthmaster emulsifier and used it for approximately 1-1/2 months. It did all of the things that it was advertised to do. Then it burned out. The corporate will make a payment agreement with you. When you go to the loan max on 23rd they will not honor and demand the next payment to be paid also which is a week away. I was checking my daughters credit report now that she turned 18yrs old and this Company West Bay Aquisitions came up which is a scam and a fraud. Never heard of this company. Report states account was opened when she was 15yrs old just a child. Stating amount $74.00 past due for 1 month. Sounds very strange to me. Tried calling the number and just a recorder comes on the line. This is on my daughter's credit report for 3 years. Fighting day and night to get this removed. These people need to be in jail. I won ebay item 330407992836 on 3/2/2010, their payment terms stated 7 days were allowed for payment. On 3/3/2010, TWO rude and demanding emails were received demanding payment immediately. Payment was made on 3/3/2010, immediately thereafter I received a email wanting to cancel the transaction because they didnt have the product. Three offers were made to them to correct the situation, all three were denied.
