I bought an Element 40" TV (model#40LE45Q) from Sears on black friday after Thankgiving 2009. Its January 27 2010 and the screen wont turn on. I called the Element customer help # and I get a recording to leave a message and we'll get back to you. It also says not to leave more than 1 message in 24 hours. To me this sounds like a blow off. Went to dealer this morning for oil change. Was advised I needed rear brakes, pads were down to rotors and rotor was rusted. Refused to have them do the work in that the hit me with a $420.00 brake bill 4 months ago, just for front pads and resurfaced rotors at 14, 000 miles. When I signed up for Dish Network they had a deal also of $300.00 worth of gas or grocery coupons. I was surprised at terms they had changed when I had signed up, and also surprised to see when I called Dish they said they were not affliated with Savology. I have been doing my share of the program but they did not do any of theirs. I have been sending the $1.95 per month per voucher and the receipts from Costco and have not received anything. Before vacating, I cleaned every part of the unit before leaving. this is something I do for every rental I have ever had, and have not once lost a security deposit, or have had any funds deducted. After many discussions with employees of Eberly, who assured me the unit was fine. then I get a returned check, with carpet cleaning deducted as well as other items not even worth mentioning. Hello, I have been a victim of bad plastic surgery. I first saw Dr. Shiebani 5 years ago for Rhinoplasty. I financed a car with VNB in 2004. I was set to pay off the loan in December 2009, but they never sent out the final payment amount statement as stated in the loan documentation. Ordered CS4 Master Suite and expected to get box with 20 to 30 CDs encompassing 11 or 12 Adobe programs. Got instead a password and download key to download about 23GB of data. I called for having my dryer vent cleaned. This guy sounded great at first. Wait it gets even better. I explained to him the problem and he said fine we can do it. At first he said he'll clean the vent from the inside of the house, if we need to I'll clean the outside, but most of the time it's not necessary.
