I have now also joining the other folks who have been charged by Shopping Essentials Plus on the internet. I just caught the charges without my permission on my bank statement that go back to November 2009, they have deducted $11.95 a month when we probably ordered something online. I called the company, they cancelled the membership and said they would credit my account for the 2 months charged. They confirmed the cancellation via email. I am confident that they will. though the delivery of new yellow pages to the residential building which I manage and live in could not have been better, I am infuriated that, for the second year, the automated call I received to confirm receipt of the book at my home woke me from a dead sleep at a quarter until 9:00.
I tried calling customer service to register the complaint so now have a SECOND complaint that I was on hold for over five minutes before I was cut off!
Infuriated customer.

I hired Jeff Lyon to repair, reinforce and replace rot in the foundation and floors of my home. He did not complete the work he was paid almost $7, 000 to do. I purchased a pair of what were suppose to be real Uggs on 12/13/09 the boots only came after I complained to pay pal that they had not arrived. The boots came is a beat up cardboard box from chine, Not an offical Ugg Box. The boots were a fake, the lining is not real and the sole is plastic not Reifterd marks either. On January 6th 2010 we requested service on our 10 month old Kenmore refrigerator freezer from Sears. Our second warranty repair.
This time the unit blew out the control panel which regulates the temperature and the unit was already warming up.
After speaking with the scheduler I was told the soonest we would see repair would be the afternoon of January 14th (8 1/2 days later.)

Previous tenant was stealing gas because meter wasn' t removed or locked. I set out tenant and put the bill in my name for 20 days then the new tenant tranfered the gas to there name. I was sent a bill for the previous 3 months of gas. I forwarded evection notices and the old lease with the new lease, payed the current usage and thought it was over. We had a promise to replace or fix my daughters brand new itouch, it was sent back unreplaced/and or unrepaired because the techinican forgot to put the special coding in the proper place. Spoke with a production specialist and he promised to call on Monday to rectify the issue. Now, he will not return my calls. He is forgetting the promise that was made. ridgid 24 volt tools are no longer being produced by ridgid, so your expensive tools are going to be worthless, as home depot quit buying them from ridgid, so ridgid quit producing them for this reason, you can not even buy this saw from ridgid to expand your set if you do not already have one, try and buy a 24 volt ridgid circular saw or even the max select 18/24 circular saw, so i guess your set, like mine will never be expandable, your stuck with what you have unless you buy a used one or new discontinued one from ebay or a site like that... read full review »

After taking my money the only removed one tree partially and left a huge gaping hole in my yard with a stump sticking out.
They never removed the additional trees and kept my money.
What little work they did was done so poorly.

Zune Original 120Gb
We sent a Zune Original 120 GB CTO to have the screen repaired. We paid for the repair upfront as stated on the Zune Website and the posted repair cost plus shipping.
We instead were sent a 16 GB Zune.
We didn't want a new one...we wanted ours fixed.
They now refuse to repair the one we sent in and will not replace it either.
