Website shows bottle of advance cleanse for $3.98 including shipping and handling. They fail to disclose to you that by ordering this bottle of pills that you only have 14 days from date of order to cancell a membership fee of $149.00 that will be automatically charged to your credit card. I only found this out when I checked my card statement and found this charge of $149.00 on it. I called the number on the card statement (877-244-0123) to find out about it. We bought a stereo system from Cartoys in 2007 for around 2500.00, at the time they offered an interest free deal ...we took it. CARTOYS set up the account. My friends HP Laptop had a virus with a Security Alert. There was no way to operate the computer without downloading a new security update to Vista 2010 anti virus protection. So I tried to order the update and thought it was through Microsoft. It was not. The company charged my credit card $69.95 and never gave a conformation e-mail or order number. I cancelled my card at that time and have been disputing the charge on my account. I reported the company to the Better Business and to Chase Customer Service. I ordered from clkbank.com 3 programs that I was assured would help with my computer problems. I ordered Driver Fetch for $39.90; Driver Fetch HighSpeed for $9.95 and File Helper for $19.95. None of these programs fixed my problem, in fact have made my computer slower. I am a company that ordered bulk chemical-free sunscreen and I received sunscreen whose expiry date was in 4 months. That is old sunscreen. I called Sun Organics and they told me they had no more in stock and they would have to wait to make a new order to their supplier. Within a few days I was sent back my previous order where they had taken off the old expiration date and applied a new expiration date for a year longer. On every sunscreen you can see where they pulled the old sticker off and applied a new one with a later expiration date. What kind of company would that???????? My company currently carries at least a dozen accounts with Century Link formerly Embarq. They inlcude a T-1 line that cost our company thousands of dollars to have put in place, local lines, and a long distance account. We have carried the long distance account less then a year. I received a call from TTG Consultants. The appointment scheduler indicated that "my resume had been reviewed" but they want to meet me to see what they could do for me. She was very insistent. I order a Lenovo T400 laptop and accessories on Jan 4 2010 from Lenovo direct. I was told the shipdate would be 4-10 days. I finally received the laptop in late February. It is now early March and I still do not have the accesssories (mouse and carrying case). As a practice Lenovo extends the estimated ship date without bothering to inform their customers. I accessed this firm on my iPhone and thought I was calling Pop-A-Lock. Despite being called by the name Pop-A-Lock, the person who answered the call never corrected me or identified the name of his firm. Before beginning, he required that I sign a blank work order (will never do that again). When he was finished, he charged me $79.50. Pop-A-Lock and Yellow Cab charges $35.00. I went on a trip across country this past holiday season; and didn't have my cellular service for 99% of the time. It didn't work at my location where I stayed about 6 to 8 weeks, and while enroute the service was extremely spotty. I met Jon Cannon last month when he came to my office and promised to cut my credit card transaction fees in half. On my contract I signed with him, it stated what my average ticket is and my monthly amount of transactions.
