Dec 29, we walked into the hotel for a night stay. The room was $98 a night and we gave the hotel the Chasefreedom card. They submitted it for the authorization and it went through. Next morning, we used same card for check-out. It made my balance over the limit and they charged me the overlimit fee, $39. Before the day, last transaction was on Dec. 26. I signed up for rewards for referrals with ATT. I referred a customer. My referral and I ordered his service on line. His service was turned on 2 days later. I have the nomination date, the registration date but no activation date. I need the activation date to receive my reward. Even though we know when the service was actually activated ATT did not notify me or put the activation date on the referral. On Wednesday January 20, 2010, I went in to buy three slices of pizza. As far as I knew I had paid the bill for $4.01 and left the pizzeria. Even after you cancel Acai product you are billed 8.51 per month for the savings club which you don't even know you signed up for. I purchased the i765 CD/Radio/DVD player just over one year ago. The CD player no longer works, and after following the company's instructions to "reset" the CD player, it will not play CD's. According to the company I would need to spend a bench fee of $75 plus S&H to get it fixed. That would amount to about $100 - far more than this inferior product is worth. I ordered a copy of an instruction manual for an older Singer brand serger. It costs just over $20.00 with shipping and handling. The copy is of such low quality that I'm sending it back. It's useless because the illustrations copied so dark that no detail can be seen.
