This is a dangerous product. We purchased this product approx. 2 years ago, but did not use it much. However, now that we are using it the product get excessively hot. I have pictures of actual burns on my legs from where I have had the lap top on my legs after falling asleep for 15 minutes. What good is a lap-top that can't be used on your lap. I stayed one night at a motel November 2009: Econo Lodge, 340 Upper Riverdale Road, Jonesboro, GA 30236, (770) 991-0069. I was severely hurt by bug bites while sleeping and had to seek emergency medical care the next day. And suffered for the next week. As of January 2010 there has been no resolve. I have been going to Corinthian Motors for car repairs for several years. The first incident occurred after they replaced my brake line and failed to tighten the fitting properly. Do not buy this product, Nero 9 is a waste of money, when I had an issue with the download and it did not work with Window Vista, I requested my money back, I first called there sales Number they told me that they don’t give refunds, but in the terms and agreement it says 14days no questions asked...
