I ordered verticals for my doorwall on December 17, 2009. They're website said they ship 3-5 business days after ordering. Numerous emails over the course of the next 3 weeks resulted in a ship date of January 11, 2010. I also purchased a Calypso washer back in November 2003 from Sears. I was never informed of any class action suit. I have had four service calls in the last five months, and their contracts says that they will replace the machine if they change four parts in a 12 month period. What they do is change one part and wait to see if it will last for a year that why they can say if they have to change another part that it was in another year. I bought a NEW 2010 Chevy Malibu in September (2009). Here we are, January 15, 2010 and my car has been in the shop 4 times for a total of 21 days!!
