When heater was found not to be the problem on 12/16/09, First American Home sent electrician from Southern California Electrical Service Inc., on 12/24/09. Who found electrical problems with common wall of electrical junction box in attic, but could not find exact problem. Since i was basically quarantined in my room and the only people in or out were employees of the hospital. My suspicions are that an employee stole my phone. Brand new Invicta Subaqua Noma III 4568 model with swiss Quartz movement after 1 month lost the screw from bracelet, the third hand on the chrono, (hour/minute by 9) used maybe 2 times is not able to zero it self out no mather what, following the manual 'how to' correct it is not working at all. I just purchased a $61.00 prepaid mastercard and tried to pay my bill to correctional billing to get my services unblocked. They declined my card. I tried three times and all were declined. I was charged $7.95 for using my card. The fee they charge for putting money on the phone is $6.95. Where is the extra dollar going? I purchased a VIP discount card from Prestige Cleaners that clearly states "no expiration date" and they will not honor the card. The card states they will clean my shirts for 99 cents each time I use one of my punches. They charged me $2.75 per shirt, making me pay extra because my shirts were tall, and offered no discount and completely dismissed my VIP card. This is the second redemption rewards program that I had to register because they just disappeared. This one I began in Oct. 2009 and sent them the $9.95 for both gas and grocery rebates -supposed to have $500 in visa cards from each totaling $1000. Followed all directions sent in all receipts each month and have not gotten a thing.
