I advised the representative that the tv would cut on, and a second later would shut off. The tv's standby button was flashing red. The claims adjuster lies to clients trying to get their claims handled. I have been the victim of some one with this insuance who hit me from the rear while I was at a red light and now they will not cover the damages done to my car and will not cover the cost of the car rental. I live in an area advertised as having 4G coverage. The degrading signal(s) resulted in chronic signal loss (for me). I was not able to stay "online" for more than 2 or 3 minutes at a time - then required to reboot modem, and attempt to get back online - what a hassle.
