I used their software in computer that crashed about year and half ago and it has been disposed off. I purchased a new computer with new software and Norton product is not on the new computer which is a year old. I got my Coke reward item in reasonable time but it is the worst pair of headphones I have ever seen. The headband is so short that it can only cover one ear. The ear pads are so small even a childs' ear would not be covered comfortably. The battery compartment door does not fit well when the batteries are installed. Trust me, Easy Saver / ProFlowers is still at it (at least as of December 2009)! They charged my Discover card $14.95 per month without any authorization for several months before I caught it. I complained to Discover, who dealt with Easy Saver. Easy Saver told Discover they would send me a rebate, so Discover reversed the temporary credit they had given me initially. I am very upset with this company and the way they handle their customers. I ordered the free trial they offered and paid $9.95 for shipping (it came in a first class envelope that weighed only a few ounces.) The way the offer read was very confusing. We contracted Amantez to photograph our Engagemant, Before the wedding, Wedding and Reception. Upon completion they were to provide us with a small photo book of individual engagement photos as well as a Large professional bound wedding book. The wedding was on March 8, 2009. Highlights - Chase double debited a charge on my account, charged me an overdraft fee. Apparently it happened to a large number of customers. I went to deposit money in my account this morning and discovered to my horror that most of the deposit was absorbed into an overdraft.
