Just got a letter in the mail w/ a check for $4, 700.00. The check looks good, but the numbers are not in the right places. I haven't reported it to the banks or police yet, but I will on Monday when they open. If it wasn't for the directions in the letter I would have thought it was legit. I can't believe what these crooks of DAZZLE SMILE are capable of doing, they intentionally and maliciously put me in subscriptions I didn't want and didn't request, and was being charged over $100 a month for services I never received and didn't even know I had. The sandwiches advertised and displayed on Their TV ads don't even remotely compare to the skimpy understuffed sandwiches they sell. Something should be done about the false advertisement. I believe their subs are by far and away the worst and skimpiest subs sold anywhere I have ever been. I think the reason they stay in business is because many of their locations are in remote areas in small towns reststops on highways stc. The lack of surrounding competition keeps them afloat. I sold my gym in October of 2009. We transferred the credit card processing equipment and lease to the new owner(GFC Martial Arts Academy). After, still being charged for 2 additional months, I contacted the merchant services representative that signed me up, only after First Data was completely rude and unwilling to help me. My debit card has 4 fraudulent charges on it from these hackers. 64.99-Digital River, 14.99-Ncsoft.com (been mentioned in other complaints affiliated with Digital River), another 14.99 from Ncsoft, and a 75.00 paypal charge linked to the debit card, which searched back to microsoft (also affiliated with Digital River in previous complaints). I saw this product on the internet. Signed up for a free trial offer. Funny that the 14 day offer they claim where the product must be returned by is not included on any invoice that comes with the product. Nor do you know you are being charged until you get your credit card bill. You have to imput all your information to see the "fine print" by then they have all your information. An unknown $8.23 (voicemail anywhere, VM) charge showed up on our residential phone bill for the 2nd month. We contact our provider, VERIZON, who says they can't stop the charges, but they will freeze the amount owed so it won't show as an overdue balance. Verizon gives us a number for OAN to request that they cancel the service and reverse the charges. That number, of course, doesn't allow us access to the company. I contacted Gillece Plumbing Services for minor plumbing work estimates: (1) to replace a fill valve on one toilet and check out a shutoff valve (2) check water pressure after the Borough replaced the water meter. The estimate that followed was OUTRAGEOUS and INSULTING. The estimate for (1) was 715.15 and included replacing the shutoff valve. We ordered an entire set of livingroom fruniture. One end table and the sofa table came defective according to ashleys technicians. I was promised that on the second attempt a manger would inspect the furniture. I have noticed a trend where the moderators at Connecting Singles will target certain people for banning or account deletion. One woman was raped and expressed her trauma in a delicately worded manner on a forum specifically for victims of abuse and a group of men and women began making vile and cruel remarks to her. I was charged $87.77 on January 8th and $87.77 again on January 13th according to my bank statement that I received today. I had not been told that this charge would be billed to my account. This resulted in $34.00 overdraft charge for the January 8th charge and $34.00 again for the January 13th charge by my bank. Lady friend went to Home Depot and asked if she could upgrade a refrigerator builder put in house but she never used it. Sales clerk said yes but she would have to bring the old one back because they do not pick up. Sales clerk wrote up a bill on the transaction with sale of the upgraded refrigerator. Digitcom Service constantly calls me. Everyday I receive at least one phone call with their phone number 1-213-710-8160. When I answer I sometimes get nothing at their end. Other times I answer I get a recording saying all operators are busy, please stay on the line. When I stay on the line it eventually hangs up. I just had a horrible experience with American Greeting Cards online. Found a cute card online as we all do from time to time. When I went to mail it, fairly, they wanted you to join up for a selection of memberships. The one I joined was ONE MONTH. Buried in the agreement is that it is a trial membership and that if you take no action, they will continue to charge you. If you sign up for one month, it should be only one month. I have tried to file an online complaint with Pfizer US Pharm about their product Chantix. I have already filed with the FDA. NONE of the contact forms on their USA site work. I have filled out several diff. forms 1/2 dozen times today and all comback as "failed". This drug needs to be taken off the market. I had severe mental changes and a very serious suicide attempt that ended me up in ICU. All I want is to file the complaint with the maker of this drug but their website makes it impossible. I was called several times a day by Jim Casey who promises to sell and rent your timeshare with a month. You have to pay $500.00 and everything is included. He stated I would receive lots of calls and he had lots of buyers and renters. Well its 6 months and no calls. I keep calling and they say the same thing. Nobody has made an offer.
