First I want to make it clear that I have now problems with any employees or anything affiliated with the actual services provided by the company. John, you owe me a $686 dollar paycheck from 4 months ago. I will be going small claims and having a summons sent out Tuesday Feb 9th. You need to answer your phone when I call or at least return my calls. I don't have the patience for this anymore. Bills are due and your time is up. Dri Kaspersky made fraudulent charges to my Debit card. I do not know this company, I did not buy anything from this company. They made to separate withdrawls from my account to the tune of $180.95. Amanda and Mason Allen sold the family farm right from under their Grandmother's feet. They made over a million dollars, but left there Grandmother without a house to call her own, and while they drive nice new vehicles their Grandmother has a car over 25 years old and is barely living on social security. The only reason that farm was still there to inherit was because their Grandmother worked so hard to keep it. They treat her like last weeks' garbage.

I contect this place from a legitimate job listing but because the information supplied was so vague I decided to ask the on line CSR Rep some questions first.
She actually refused to give me a direct answer and kept pushing me to take the on line test. I said okay.

these people keep sending test messages telling me that my debit card has been frozen. please call this number to take care of your account. i call to tell them where to go. it's an automated system and they want me to enter my card number and pin number. this has been going on for over a year. i contacted the actual credit union west and they said they can't do anything about it, but they do acknowledge the scam. i have never used them as a bank and never would. why is it just their bank? how did they get my phone number? this can't be right. can't someone do something? read full review »

Their fees are outrageous and their employees rude, condescending and dishonest. I had three accounts with this bank and I can honestly say, they are by far the worst bank I have ever banked with.
When I set up my accounts, I explained that I would like my savings and checking account linked together, so that money was transferred automatically from one account to another. No problem, they told me. There would be a $7 charge and I would receive notification of the transfer.

This company deducted $49.95 from my business checking account with no authorization for "software support". When I called the bank, the bank was unaware of them and suggested I call UMG MERCHANTTEC directly for explanation. This is a sham. They said they were given a "verbal" authorization to debit account which was not true. Just tried to submit, but didn't have money in my account. they then asked for another debit card and wanted to schedule a payment. Something told me to look these guys up and that is when I saw the scram. I then went back to the page to delete my information and it was like it was sealed. On February 2, 2010 my husband, Joe Kurtz, took my 2003 Pontiac Montana van to C. Harper for their complimentary oil change and oil filter. That was fine. He was told it need a "RR HUB BEARING ASSEMBLY" at a cost of $657.76 for GM parts or $425.99 for after market parts. He was also told it needed rear brakes at a cost of $172.00.

With the service for 54 days. First 29 days were great. Last 24 days major outages (absolutely no service) during 12 of those days, with erractic service for 6 of those days. Total days with issues: 18 of 24.
On the outage days (12 of 24) total downtime now at 186.75 hours..yes, nearly 8 ENTIRE DAYS of downtime - with NO notice.

I ordered a s$2.19 ample online on January 22nd. On the 9th day of the trial period I called and complained that I had not received it and would like to cancel. The representative said she would extend the trial period until February 7th. The mail went on the 6th and NOTHING arrived. I tried to call again and cancel but the services are not open on Saturday or Sunday.

Chase Mortgage Refinance
Chase is running a refinance scam. They take your 750 dollar application fee, and in my case, lost all the paperwork, forcing me to get all the paperwork again, and I was borrowing 90, 000 against a co op worth 1.6 million and an extensive amount of liquid assets and after all of this I was denied, based on the tax return filed with my husband where he showed a loss. The refinancing would be in my name and the co op shares issued in my name. My monthly payments would be around 500 dollars. This is outrageous that I was denied. read full review »

Taxpayers used TaxBrain to file their taxes on 1/15/2010 and receive refunds by 1/29/2010. Up to 5 days later the I.R.S informed taxpayers that there was a different bank routing number used for our returns, and it would take up to 6-8 weeks to receive a paper check vs. direct deposit.
TaxBrain has been rude to consumers, using the spin that it was human error. We cannot get a clear answer when we call and/or chat with representatives. People suffering extreme hardships are the ones who pay up to 300% markup of services to receive our tax... read full review »

The scam of blue hippo continues. I was a customer of blue hippo in 2006. I was finished paying for my computer May 5, 2007. I recieved my 20 inch flat screen TV September of 2007 and I had to keep calling for the color printer that I recieved in January of 2008. Racetrac is usually one of my favorite gas and convenience store combos but one employee can ruin that.
I've learned to put up with rudeness, usually can't get away from it in these kinds of industries.
Saturday nite/Feb 6, I stopped in to pick up a few things.

every month is a new charge on my phone for which i have to sit for hours trying to figure it out and get AT&T to reverse the charges and for late fees after they told me what amount to pay. I am never late cause i live on a fixed imcome and all my bills go out the 1st of each month but i am being charged $15.00 late fee and each month i call, each month is the same and now they are adding finance charges to it. When I returned the phone call (on my cell phone) they immediately knew my name before I ever told them who was calling. I thought this was wierd since I was calling from a cell phone. When someone calls 911, because they are having an emergency, EMS is to respond without delay. Meaning if its a heart attack and the dispatch relays communication to the medics...that the man has had two before, the unit should respond emergency lights and siren to the patient.
