Like others--I have mailed in my registration fee and October & November grocery receipts with the correct $25 coupons and still have not heard anything back from the rebate redemption center--no rebates and/or gift card has been sent to me. When I call the number--no one answers, and when I check the web site it states it is closed because it is being worked on. No one has mailed or called or anything so that I can check on the status of my rebates. Steve Hoffman, owner of Southern, left a flyer on my door advertising carpet cleaning services with a specialty in removing pet stains/odor. The flyer also stated that if the service done was not up to my satisfaction it would be re-serviced or refunded. I was told I was buying a warranty for a 1 time bulb replacement on a Sony DLP KDSA2000. The bulb went out 12/25/2009 and the warranty out 12/01/2009. I have been trying to work with HFC concerning a side loan that they made to me when I refinanced my mortgage. For several years all was well until my mother fell ill with cancer which unfortunately was not one that responded to traditional chemotherapy. Great Expectations Dating promises activities that can be attended. Their idea of a "dating activity" seems to be going to a restaurant to eat. Hello, I bought the Scooba from iRobot only to be disappointed like most people. These machines break and no one at iRobot wants to fix the product.
