This is a very bad company. They will charge your card on order and won't return your phone calls or emails. The owner is kay choi. There address is 739 E. Cedar St. Ontario CA. Hired Tarzan Trees to trim my 40-foot tall redwood tree and remove all the branches and trimmings. The tree was trimmed in a timely manner, but five days later, the trimmings and branches are STILL in my yard. The person who did the work, Gary (the owner, I believe), has not returned any phone calls asking him to call me and get the mess cleaned up. I made the mistake of paying him in full and now I'm paying again to have this detritus removed from my yard. In fairness, he did a good job on the trimming, but my mistake was paying before the job was complete.
