I just had a horrible experience with American Greeting Cards online. Found a cute card online as we all do from time to time. When I went to mail it, fairly, they wanted you to join up for a selection of memberships. The one I joined was ONE MONTH. Buried in the agreement is that it is a trial membership and that if you take no action, they will continue to charge you. If you sign up for one month, it should be only one month. I am appalled at what I used to believe to be a quality company would have to resort to deception to make money. They are not honorable. read full review »
Pfizer US Pharm/ Chantix
I have tried to file an online complaint with Pfizer US Pharm about their product Chantix. I have already filed with the FDA. NONE of the contact forms on their USA site work. I have filled out several diff. forms 1/2 dozen times today and all comback as "failed". This drug needs to be taken off the market. I had severe mental changes and a very serious suicide attempt that ended me up in ICU. All I want is to file the complaint with the maker of this drug but their website makes it impossible. I was called several times a day by Jim Casey who promises to sell and rent your timeshare with a month. You have to pay $500.00 and everything is included. He stated I would receive lots of calls and he had lots of buyers and renters.
Well its 6 months and no calls. I keep calling and they say the same thing. Nobody has made an offer. I have to keep calling and emailing them. The contracts ends in a year. it is a waste of money. Don't believe them. Do not do busy with them. Hang up when they call. read full review »

I initially made an inquiry with an Encore booking agent regarding a payment error. One question led to a very hostile interaction with the agent which led me to take my matter up with the CEO, Lawrence E. Hess. A few back-and-forth with Mr. Hess highlighted why the agents' attitude is the way it is...let's just say customer service (or the lack thereof) trickles down from the top. I am a big bargain hunter and I was looking to replace my 23 year old Kenmore Downdraft Slide in Range. When I stated shopping I found out that Jenn-Air is the only company that still makes built-in downdraft ranges and they are on the high side for cost so I headed into a Sears Outlet Store and after several visits and after consulting with several lady friends I decided I just had to have a duel fuel (gas on top & convection for the oven) range. I ordered verticals for my doorwall on December 17, 2009. They're website said they ship 3-5 business days after ordering. Numerous emails over the course of the next 3 weeks resulted in a ship date of January 11, 2010.
I received the blinds this week, and just went to install them and they neglected to enclose any installation hardware! I have called and emailed the company and being a Saturday, they're closed. Hopefully I'll hear from them on Monday.

My dentist suggested several financing companies to cover for the insurance non-covered amount for dental work done to me back in Oct. 2008.
The only company that, to my knowledge, agreed to grant me the credit for the amount of $8, 400.00 was Wells Fargo Company, from whom I have all paper work and a dental care credit card.

I had filed loss draft claim with Chase in October for damages to my roof and bathroom and bedroom ceilings. I sent in all the necessary paperwork they say was required for the process:adjustor's report, mortgagee affidavit, contractor's estimates, and waiver of lien form from the contractor and a tax form from contractor. The worst thing I could have done for my wedding was to use MOONSTRUCK PRODUCTIONS as my videographer! When I received my DVD I cried for hours! The only request I made was that they interview my parents! Obviously they did not and to make matters worst the DVD was sloppy! I could have done it myself and it would have been 10 times better! I also purchased a Calypso washer back in November 2003 from Sears. I was never informed of any class action suit. I have had four service calls in the last five months, and their contracts says that they will replace the machine if they change four parts in a 12 month period. What they do is change one part and wait to see if it will last for a year that why they can say if they have to change another part that it was in another year.
