I paid $100 ($.75 per cookie) for golf themed cookies for my son's wedding and they were awful. I did not open the package before the wedding b/c I wanted them to remain fresh. I did not taste them until after the wedding reception and they were the worst I have ever eaten. They were cute, but hard as a rock and just as tasteless. I even tried dipping them in coffee and also in milk to see if that would help and it didn't. I emailed the company with my complaint and never received a response. So our insurance is $375 for 3 women. I paid 250 on time this month because my sister bailed out on her part. None the less my mom's 125 is due and her check didnt come in from her job. I originally filed for Unemployment in Feb 2009 when I was wrongfully let go from my employer due to absense because of medical issues. I was approved and then my employer appealed it and won. I applied again and was approved 9/2009 and now OHIO unemployment is saying that they made a clerical error and I wasnt supposed to be approved. This is horrible! He wanted to come on a Wednesday because he was going to be in the area, but we explained we wouldn't be home that day due to our work schedule. He then set up an appointment with us for a Friday. Would like to file a complaint for poor service against the 390 Eola location. Two weeks ago I went to thier location to have my oil changed and my driver side rear tire checked becuase it kept leaking air. I opted to have the 76000 check becuase I was advised to be rotating my tires every 76000 miles was also told I needed a new engine belt both of which I purchased. I order 2 pair of leggings one black and one gold. I received both in black. With this merchant there is no way to verify color choice at check out. I called and all the company is willing to do is say "I'm Sorry". I told the customer service rep, Autumn that this had happened to me before and I accepted the error. I filled out a application to get a loan of 5000.00. i was told that i would have to put down 845.00 which is the first 6 months of payment before I can get the loan. I did furniture repair for Samson Moving for over two years. When I moved to Pittsburgh they refused to pay me $700.00 owed for three furniture repairs done for them. I have three signed forms from the customers testifying the repairs were satisfactory and Samson acknowledges they owe me the money but won't pay me. United First Financial probably provides a fine product and service. But it does need to improve on the qualifications and credentials of it's agents. Had appointment for our 2 sons 4 & 7 to get Christmas pictures. They didn't try to get them to smile nicely. Props were limited - only 4 of them. I ordered Just Labs from MagazineCity back in July, and when I hadn't received the magazine by November I called Just Labs and found they didn't get the money from MagazineCity. I also found out that Just Labs had cancelled their service from Magazine City for lack of service. BBT has been grossly insensitive to the needs of the customers. I have been asking BBT to reduce the 2 digit interest rate on my mortgage for almost 15 months. No one will listen to me. IBiz website company was hired by my company to build a web site. Included in the deal was the set up of a local listing for my companies services. I was told the web site would take 2 weeks to set up. It took over 4 weeks and all they did was cut and paste info from a very unsophisticated site I had built myself from a template. My husband had his car audio system hooked up at this "business". Not only did the employee damage his car and not even offer to repair his damages, but he destroyed the speakers in our car. He incorrectly installed wires, which left them very shoddy and dangerous. He offered to fix one wire free of charge the next day.
