In December of 2008 I bought my husband a Nucool compact refrigerator. This is used to keep his insulin within reach for him. About three weeks ago it stopped cooling. I have talked to three of your customer service people who say since I can not produce the receipt they will not do anything. I am practically forced to drive on the PA Turnpike from Cranberry to Harmerville 5 days a week. You can go other ways but they take a lot longer. Over the last couple of years the turnpike has approximately doubles the fee. It has to be the most expensive toll road in the country and worst one as well. I can drive from the state line in Ohio to Toledo for about $7.00 but it costs nearly $2.00 to go 20 miles on the PA Turnpike. Don't be duped. The Market America Web Design service is the most poorly run affair ever. They collect your money in full up front. Their contract states you have 90 days to cancel but my site never got completed for over 8 months. When I canceled out of frustration, they would not refund my money. My credit card company has not protected me in a charge back. I am out $1849 for a site that was never launched. They cited traffic on my site as their defense but that was only my accessing the site for communication with their employee who apologized for largely ignoring my work for months. I got scamed by HouseFurnitureOutlet.com...which is a true Scam. They changed web pages every month and post items (same items and prices) on craigs list to get you to goto their web page. Sportgoodoutlet.com appears to be the same thing. The web page looks very similiar and they want you to pay by using Money Pak. After paying $799.98 to have brakes, timing belt, LOF and cooling system serviced, I attempted to drive my car home when I noticed the clutch started slipping badly when I went into 3rd gear. I returned and the tech who did the work said there was a problem with the clutch. Not wanting to leave the car there and wonder what other damage they might do I nursed the car home, had it towed to another repair facility and had the clutch replaced for another $575.00. This company sold us a golf bag that was listed on it's site as available. An email confirmed the order but after waiting two weeks no shipping notice was received. Ordered a pair of glasses with photochromic lenses. Worked great. Ordered another pair one month later for wife. Barely changes color at all. Zinni said put them in freezer and they will get better! On 11/11/09 I purchased a package of JB Weld, I went home and was unale to use because the one of the JB weld tubes was dried out and it would come out of the tube. I recently moved out of the Aylesbury Farms apartment complex after staying there for 2.5 years. I have received a bill of $390 for them to cover costs to have the apartment ready for the next tenant. We checked in on Sun Nov 8. When we arrived, we found this resort to be like a townhouse community. We were put up in a room about 1/5 mile from the main area of the resort. Once we opened the balcony doors, they is bat excrement and urine on the chairs and the floors. We complained about that from the start. This particular resort has the slowest food service. According to IRS guidelines for independent contractors, the workers are misclassified. However, when I tried to assemble the printer I noticed that the automatic roll feed was missing and only a plain holding bracket for the roll was supplied.
