Total rip off. Unfortunately I didn't Google them earlier because I fell into a similar trap as others. After several months of their delays and excuses, I never saw any actual work completed by them. I spoke with and emailed the owner, Robyn Alesich, many times. I just wanted the work completed as promised and they continued to fail to deliver. Finally, Robyn emailed me saying that they would send me a refund. I fooilishly gave them at leats 6 weeks to produce the refund. GUESS WHAT? NO REFUND... NO WEB SITE. Money & time wasted!!! BEWARE of this company. The way the that they process youre payments from youre checking acount is very suspicious they hold off payment for extra days till youre account is getting low and then they process multiple check debit card transactions from three plus days ago, when theres plenty of money in the acount they process it that day they do this to create overdraft fees i know of three other people that say the same happens to them and they put paypal payments as paid when i checked the money wasnt transfered to paypal but they did so ahead of them selfs to charge overdraft. read full review »

The director charges ridiculous amounts for mandatory field trips. They are during school hours, but if your child doesn't participate, there will be no care for your child, even though you've already paid tuition for that day. For instance, for the latest "fieldtrip" she is charging 28.00 for a play, which the tickets only cost 11.00. Whenever I question the cost of a field trip, she claims the other part of the charge is for "transportation." In this case, the school is only 3.4 miles from the field trip. read full review »

In February of 2009 I gave the job of installing a rebuilt engine to this company, after many unanswered phone calls and email messages I demanded they finish my car last September the demanded a payment of $4000.00 in additino to the $11000.00 payment made earlier in the year around May 09. I paid them the money and they released my car, I test drove it and complained about the idle it would jump up to 1700 rpm for no reason, upon further inspection i found bolts missing parts missing and replaced parts that didn't function. the Transmission vibrated in all gears too. the also ruined several of the interior panels too. read full review »

My last paycheck was withheld. The company said that the Pay Period dates listed on my paycheck were wrong. They proceeded to make up a "correct" pay period date, which made it so it looked like I already got paid for that Pay Period. Very deceptive business practices and bad accounting procedures. Employees should be notified of this practice and be very careful about checking their paychecks. I order phone on line, once received it would not activate, after hours on line with the company they could not get it to activate. They have yet, 3 months later given me a refund or after numbers of calls, offered anyway to send phone back for a refund. Calls are answered off shore, if at all, no one has authorization to refund your money, and they do not respond to email or letters, calls all end in the same way, we will research the problem and get back to you. I recieved the Sterling Silver Diamond CZ Pave Heart item# SM-RS992 ring from this company. The ring was very pretty at first then upon a closer look I noticed certain damages or flaws with it.
