I had purchased a used car from a private owner on September 2nd of 2009 with an advice of the mechanic/owner (Roger R Kimmet) of Garland Auto in Spokane Washington. Ordered a pair of glasses with photochromic lenses. Worked great. Ordered another pair one month later for wife. Barely changes color at all. Zinni said put them in freezer and they will get better! I tried it, didn't do squat. I sent them back, and they contacted me and said they had put them in the freezer and now they were great. Not. One pair gets dark, the second pair barley changes at all. On 11/11/09 I purchased a package of JB Weld, I went home and was unale to use because the one of the JB weld tubes was dried out and it would come out of the tube. When I squezzed the tube it all came out of the back making a mess. I put back it it's package and decided to return it to Checkers for a replacement. I recently moved out of the Aylesbury Farms apartment complex after staying there for 2.5 years. I have received a bill of $390 for them to cover costs to have the apartment ready for the next tenant. The breakup they provided is as follows: Cabinets & drawers deep clean and paint $75, carpets steam clean $165, clean $75 and full paint $75. We checked in on Sun Nov 8. When we arrived, we found this resort to be like a townhouse community. We were put up in a room about 1/5 mile from the main area of the resort. Once we opened the balcony doors, they is bat excrement and urine on the chairs and the floors. We complained about that from the start. This particular resort has the slowest food service. Cosmeo has made it very difficult to cancel and do not include their phone number on their website although they require you to call their phone number to cancel. I am extremely dissatisfied at the care my daughter received at this Tutor Time location. She was bitten twice, once in the face and once on the arm (this bite actually bled), by a violent and aggressive child who they refuse to dismiss and refuse to divulge the details of the "behavioral plan" they supposedly have begun treating him with. Bridal Preview International is small business that hires employees and then within a couple days has the hired employees sign an independent contractor contract. According to IRS guidelines for independent contractors, the workers are misclassified. When the owner cannot meet payroll, the office closes, all but few selected employees are let go, more people are hired, and the cycle begins again. However, when I tried to assemble the printer I noticed that the automatic roll feed was missing and only a plain holding bracket for the roll was supplied. I truly hate M&T their banking fees are crazy. Their reps are even worse. I can't believe the NFL is backing them as a bank. You would think they would have more sense then that, however they don't. I can't understand why it would take a month later for a withdraw to be posted to my account. Also they never update your account with the correct balance. I had a door to door salesperson come to my house and got the security equipment free. During that visit there was a 36 month contract. He advised me after that contract is done I could cancel.
