One or two 'off' days are unstandable but three tells me Pure does not want my business so I am taking it elsewhere. I was charged on October 11, 2009 by this credit monitoring service. I did not give my permission for my credit card to be charged. I called a number to cancel what I thought was this credit monitoring service. It turned out to be a Chase Presige Card number. I have contacted Chase and must send documentation about this charge. I hired New Penn through an intermediary freight shipping agent called Freightquote.com to ship goods I sold to customers through my website. They badly damaged the 1st shipment. I submitted a damage claim. I was forced to check-in my carry-on luggage at Nagoya Chubu airport and had to pay the extra baggage fee at $250 which is extremely expensive. The local representative insisted my baggage is over-weighted but I was able to carry it onboard from Taipei to Nagoya.
