I am documenting two complaints. First of all their return policy is a joke. I tried to return items for a refund OR store credit, however, I have lost my receipt. I was denied any sort of refund. Please tell me why anybody would bid on an auction item before the last 10 seconds of the auction? If anybody bidding really wanted to win the auction, they would never run the price up by bidding early. It only increases the final price for them, if they really intend to buy the item. They received all documents requested and would ask for other papers that had nothing to do with the appliance in question.
