I purchased a used Ford Ka from this.co.for GBP 1625, - and on delivery the power steering oil level was already below the minimum and when I asked the salesman if this should be topped up he replied that was not necessary and that there was nothing to worry about. On May 11, 2009 I placed an order thru Boatfix.com for some docklines, with a value of $100.51 and facilitated them my credit card thru their website. Eventhough I found later that the items I had ordered turned out to be on backorder with no clear date of shipping, Boatfix.com proceeded to post the full charge on my card at the time of purchase. In April 2009 my husband joined the company because they offered him a $100 gas card. He turned right around and cancelled the membership. He was also given a cancellation nubmer. I sent in an ECU for remanufacturing ($299 plus overnight return shipping) and of course mine was "unrepairable" so it would be an additional $200 dollars for one from stock. I called a salesman at Dave Smith Motors to buy a new Chevy SUV. This was the second vehicle that I had planned on purchasing through the company. Throughout the month of April, I constantly emailed and phoned and was told delivery would be in the next couple of days. I purchased 10 DVD's on 2nd May '09. I firstly didn't receive the films for 2 and a half weeks despite being told they were shipped the day after payment. I sent a crystal bracelet to Kent's trading for warranty work to be done. The bracelet I sent them was in excellent condition, other than the broken clasp. After being completely disabled for many years (do to 4 on the job injuries)the Dept. sent me to a foreign born dr. for a 5th evaluation in 4yrs to see if I could work. the Dr. did not have a visable licence nor badge, lab coat, degree. Purchased a crystal bracelet from BMNY. The clasp broke and we mailed it to the company that does their warranty work, Kent's Trading. The bracelet I sent to Kent's Trading was straight and the crystals were clear and bright. The bracelet they sent back was twisted and the crystals are cloudy. I Financed a Vehicle from Mr.Repo under the impression that it was a reliable Vehicle (just like many other consumers would.) and after a week the Vehicle starting acting up. Yes it was under the As Is warranty, but what I thought As Is meant Is an automobile that is in a condition of what a vehicle is suppose to be.
