I was being charged $12.95/month on my AT&T phone bill through OAN Services for an account with adigitalvillage.com which I never signed up for. I called OAN and they put me through to A Digital Village to cancel my account. I cancelled it and I also called AT&T and they agreed to reverse the charges. I am a customer in Charlotte NC. We had some work done by Olshan more than a year ago. 4 piers and some crawlspace work. When adjusting the 4 piers placed under the foundation itself, they raised it too high. It cracked my walls and almost broke the windows. I registered a domain name with yahoo two years ago and never used it. The renewal on the name came up yesterday, which I found oit becaue i noticed the 35.00 charge on my bank account. www.gamepal.com is a big load of crap. About 6 months ago I sold 2 high level World of Warcraft characters to the site for 100$ and followed everything they said exactly. They said to expect payment within the next 73 hours to my paypal account. After waiting a week I went onto the site and contacted them telling them that I still haven't received payment. They said to be patient. I waited 2 more weeks and contacted them again. They claim to not have not ever had made a deal with me even when I sent my account submission ID and proof of transaction. I got a call from this company claiming that they had a buyer for my timeshare. The gave me a pretty high price when I know that they sell for much less than when they offered me. I did some checking on this company and really couldnt come up with much besides that they have only been in business since August 2009. I ordered a couple of nose rings more than a month ago, and though Quality Nose Studs charged my account a month ago, I still have not received my order. My card was charged $99.98 by a company that I never heard of before! When I called to dispute the charge, my financial inst. gave me the name of the company, Member Reward Network in Orem Utah. When I called them they told me that they didn't need to release info to me about the account because I was not the one that gave them the card number. I am the only person on the account, it is in my name!!! This Company contracted me to haul frieght via my Truck and Semi Trailer. They pretended to be a franchise of a large company and asurred me of minimum incomme of 2000.00 per week. They promissed to pay weekly as I delivered their loads. They bought out an small, inferior existing club and billed this as a preview site and sold lots of contracts on a new club that they planned to build across the street. I decided to try a free trial when I called them about trying their good days pills. They told me I only have to pay the ship/hand and then if I didn't like them to cancel within 30 days. I called on the 20th day because the pills were doing nothing for me. They said I was good to go, they had canceled me from any further shipments and gave me a confirmation number. This company contacts you when you submit your resume through Monster.com or other site. They charge you $3500, in the form of cashiers check, for their "samples". These "samples" are overpriced so you can't possibly sell them. The "customer list" they give you is a joke, most of these stores have been out of business for years and you don't get the list from them until you've paid the money. We contacted Home Mortgage Negotiators after months of getting nowhere with our mortgage company. Home Mortgage Negotiators was supposed to help us get a modification on our home loan. They said that if at any time we weren't happy and wanted out or we were not satisfied with the modifications they presented us we would be able to get $970 back out of the $1500 we paid them. John Deere Trike Tricycle built by RC2Corp appeared solidly built, however, a weekness developed in the neck of the trike under the handle bars which broke and bent unexpectedly causing my son to be thrown face first into the cement sidewalk. Very inconsistant, late last year I placed a large order of custom badges, it was said to be delivered on a specific date (4-6 weeks), I received the order over a month later from the 6 weeks. Yesterday, I placed an order for 150 badges, credit card was accepted, we got confirmation numbers and a thank you letter for our order. Out of gut feeling, we decided to make a phone call anyways to make sure the order was placed, we later found out the order was never sent in, AGAIN... I conducted a loan signing application for Notarywork, Inc., Gaetano LoGrande on August 5, 2009. After completing the loan application, I was contacted again to complete the signing on September 24, 2009. I printed two sets of docs arrived at the confirmed time of between 8:30-9:00PM, the signer was nowhere to be found. I called the signer over 13 times and left vm messages for contact and followed up with the title company, First United Home Loans, 5-6 times that night.
