Just venting...I have the 5Mbps road Runner Service from Oceanic Cable in Honolulu and more often it never gets anywhere near that speed. Many times when I measure the speed, it's in the 300kbps to 1Mbps range. Occasionally, I would get 5Mbps but that's if I use it in obscure hours of the day when other people are either sleeping or not at home. However when it comes time for the deposits to hit your bank account they will inform you that your account is still new and has not been approved. Stay away from this company. I had a furnace go out and they are not standing behind thier coverage. I will not dispute the amount that they are covering on the equipment, but their lack of coverage on basic labor and installation is horrible. They try to find every reason not to cover every little thing. The only offered to cover $325 worth of labor and intsall on a furnance. Do not use ANY scrapbooking supplies with photos. No matter the brand and the cost from expensive to cheap. These inks, pens, adhesives especially will ruin any photos they are used on the same page with. You can call the 866 number and tell Cust Svc you want to cancel and receive a cancellation number or you can call your bank and ask them to have charges removed.
