This is a complete fraud! They didn't even give me 14 days to try them. On the 14th day they charged me $83.95. When I called they stated I agreed to the terms and conditions. I was mailed an advertising card stating that I would save 20% on purchases up to $499 in the store. The front mailer had David Yurman, but when I purchased David Yurman earnings, the owner would not honor the mailing. I returned the merchandise and will never shop at one of their stores again. They have a broken stairmaster type machine that squeaks. It's a high pitched metal scraping metal sound that's so loud that it hurts your ears. The guy using the machine maybe couldn't hear it because his earphones were on so loud. After putting up with that sound for about 20 mins. Unfortunately I didn't discover the $14.95 unknown charge on my credit card until today. In a review of past bills, I found it going back to March 2009. SO i received a bunch of tickets when I just bought my car because i dint have front plates(previous owner was looking for it).
