My wife went to this Purrfect Auto franchise location in Roseville, CA last month. She was quoted about $3, 400 for work on our car. She had it done. They did an average, at best, job. I went into Sears in Brenham, Texas to buy a $2500 washer and dryer that was in the weekend ad. The salespeople were fighting with a customer. After calling them multiple times during the day of the move, I was told that the movers would be by in 20 min. 20 min later, I was told that the movers would be by around 11AM. I ordered a trial package of this stuff and it didn't seem to great. On the delivery package it says you have 10 days from order (5 days for shipping and 5 to try). What they really mean is 10 from order. It took 7 days to get to me so I had 2 days to try and cancel. On the 10th day it bills automatically. Who writes down the order date? Tried to use my card today only to find out my account had been closed because of so called credit report information. I have never been late on any payments to this card and have in fact most times paid off the balance before it was due.
