Before two weeks i bought a new compaq desktop and some accessories for Modern computers (Spencer plaza branch). I paid full payment. They promised they will deliver within 2 days. I have been getting calls from attorneys from a company called Midland Credit Management. They claim that I had an unpaid, past due account with FCNB. Since I did refused to acknowlege the debt, demaned that they send me a sign application when the account was set up. Instead, they send me an excel spreadsheet of some numbers I am assuming are account balances. I have demanded that this charge be removed from my credit report, but they refuse. Poor Business Practices: Don't waste your money at this Modeling Agency. If you are good enough you should not have to pay this women to tell you anything. We should know, our daughter was involved here way too long. The owner of the Agency actually wrote my daughter a bad check which she FINALLY made good, but it's just not worth the trouble to deal with this person. After seeing ads on TV for AARP auto inssurance through Hartford and the claims of lower fees, I contacted hartford for an estimate. My current rate at State Farm is $500.00 per year. This is a total scam and should be checked out by the Better Business Bureau. My debit card was charged almost $200 for the 2 products offered on a trial basis...just pay S/H. Like the other complaint about Cabelas on this site. We got the zero interest card for a sizable purchase but in our case our card was used for a purchase we did not make so we closed the account immediately and paid off our amount. But they keep charging us for a renewal fee and a late fee on the purchase that was made by the THIEF who stole our card!!! This has been going on for more than six months and we continually get delinquency notices. If this shows up on our credit we are hiring a lawyer. They post print jobs on craigslist. Once you apply for the job they call you in and make it seem like it's a call back. They rent out spaces in Manhattan and when you go to visit them they tell you that you have a nice look but you need to update your pictures so that you that the clients have an exact portrayal of what you look like. Diamond Furniture company is a truly bad representation of good customer service and have horrible company standards. Their slogan is "Nobody beats the Diamond Deal", however this is a complete hipocritic statement. This club is scamming people by taking credit card information and charging $58.61 a month to your card. I was never on this website, did not access it online. I do not need a gratn. I got my credit card charged in April, for this which the operator told me was accessed in February. I called the number to have this charge reversed. We paid Dream Vacations for a vacation package that included a 2 night cruise to the Bahamas. We also paid a port fee of $129 per person. They failed to send th port fee to the cruise line (Celebration), therefore our reservations were canceled by the cruise line. We had to pay an additional $220 per person to board the cruise ship. I filed a dispute concerning non-receipt of an item I had ordered. Apparently this gives Green Dot the right to hold my current balance of funds and my direct deposit amounts (totalling approximately $3000). WHAT!!! We were supposed to receive a free wood display case/chest after we paid for 6 minerals. We paid the expensive prices for the minerals thinking the case would make up for it. The rep was a crook and never returned my our after we had signed up. The policy hardly covered any of the benefits it claimed it would, etc. In one sentence: This company is a fraud. Morgan Chase Bank, NA. on a home I own is Cincinnati and noticed on the court filings that CACH, LLC. placed a lien on my foreclosed home in February of this year 2009.
