I have been attempting to get an antique brass light assembly for a Hampton ceiling fan. This has been going on since before Christmas. Each time I have been told by the customer service dept. that, "It will be shipped today" or "It will be shipped tomorrow." In each case when I called I was informed that it wasn't shipped. At the time of purchase, the advertised rates for these calls indicated that a $2.00 card would give 51 minutes calling time. Within a few months, it started to bubble in certain spots as though it was exposed to water. While there had been spots where water came in contact with the floor; drops, water from the dogs' water bowl, those are not the affected areas. We wipe up anything we see on the floor. I noticed on my latest statement that GE Money Bank who runs the credit services for the Lowes Visa card, changed my due date without notice or warning from the 4th of the following month after the statement issue date, to the 30th of the SAME month of the statement issue date. Paid this attorney $1000.00 to have a restraining order re-en-stated. The only thing I got was ripped off, he filed the wrong papers with the court even after I told him what paper the court said needed to be filed.He did not listen to me and just filed the ones that I had said were not the right ones.
