I agreed to donate a magazine to our overseas troops (ESPN Magazine $81 total cost). This was on 2/21/2009. On 3/21/2009 I sent proof of payment to: ACA Clearinghouse, P O Box 1060, Kittridge, CO 80457. A refund of the full $81 was requested. LETTER SENT TO CEO OF SEARS HOLDINGS
This has been a 4 month process of undue stress and aggravating, unhelpful, rude and useless sears employees at the rebates department! I have been trying for months to get my rebate processed and sent to me, unsuccesfully! It is pathetic and enraging that a company like sears, which we have always been loyal customers of, should be my daily focus. This magazine service is horrible, i went to samgoody to buy some movies an the girl at the counter asked me what 3 magazines i like so i told her thinking nothing of it. She charged me with my debit card to pay for the movies an i thought nothing more. My husband and I spent a saturday listening to a bunch of bull. They promissed us 2 free airline tickets, grocery card and free gass. You had to pay for the $50 a person for airline ticket. And grocery card u had to spend 100 a month then send in reciets. That was crap. Then they gave us their presentation. Every hotel is 4-5 star. We can save u money on everything. I canceled my order on May 21. and was told that the account was closed but that the two bottles just went out, but that I could keep the bottles, and I would be charged $40.00. The credit card company changed a promotional 3.99%APR that was supposed to be for the life of the balance to 14.24% because my payment arrived 2 days late. I purchased my car march 2005, payments were set up to be april 25th. I drove off the lot with my car on march 31st, 2005. how can my pay note due date be march 25, and says payments are $374 and total on payment book says 750.? Since then I have had 3 months

Company is saying I owe state farm money, state farm never approached me at all, no calls, no mail, no email. They call weekly and threaten me if I don't pay X% of the bill. They threaten they'll prosecute me and get my driving priviledges taken away. They won't send itemized statement. They won't respond to the validation letter. This organization has had lots of complaints on many levels. Recently a mother was told she couldn't nurse in a particular area of the Bounce Around. A few days later, a group of mothers were also they told that they couldn't nurse in the same area. When these ladies told the management this is against the State of Maryland's laws protecting a mothers rights to breastfeed the employee said it was a corporate policy not to allow food and drink in this particular area.

My husband and I were looking to purchase a home and we worked with FRED DIPRENDA owner/agent at Remax in Caldwell. We asked to view some specific properties and we refused. He said we were not right for the area and it or we werent suitable. At first we didnt say anything. I recently ordered a pair shoes from the online service per David Bridal catalog for one of my bridal party participants, they were the "Kiara" style shoe for 34.99 . I was to receive them on the 20th of May 2009, but when UPS dropped them off, they were just lefted on my porch without any attempt by the driver to assure someone was there to receive them, or for that matter any one to sign for them.

Me and My fiance recently purchased a Monitor from office depot on memorial day. We had read on the boards that a number of people suggested a certain monitor for graphic arts majors.
When we went into the store everyone was helpful in making sure we got out the door with the monitor...not a single person explained that:

I ordered 1 set of Tri*Titan Peelers (buy one, get one free $14.98) plus shipping and handling. I was sent 4 boxes of them and charged $61.94. When I saw that I returned the peelers. A credit was given back of $29.98. I called the company and was told too bad. We don't refund shipping and handling even if you didn't order the product. I asked to speak to a manager and after I sat on hold was told they were too busy talking to other people. Maybe they would call me back in 3 or 4 days. These people are nothing but a scam!!
