I signed and paid for a contract with SEARS to install a dishwasher I purchased from them. The installation date on the contract was for April 4, 2009. I advised Sainsbury’s of an address change back in September 2005, they failed to up-date my records. I consequently did not get any statements so received arrears letters to my new address and paid in December. I actually had filed a complaint on the Culver's website on March 1st, but have yet to receive any response. My husband and I usually go to our local Culver's in Owatonna, MN for lunch every Wednesday for their Chicken Salad Sandwich special. Three of the past five visits we encountered very unpleasant large size chicken bones in the chicken salad. I bought a new Hyundai Elantra in 2004 and have been making payments every month for $433.00 per month. Grand Crowne travel sells memberships to its travel club for $10, 000.00. For this the member is supposed to be able to buy airline tickets, cruise tickets and stay at posh hotels for greatly reduced rates, not available to the general public. My girlfriend had order flowers for my father, who at the time, was in the hospital. I received a "great deal" for a 2-year renewal of AutoWeek Magazine. Turns out this is a scam company. I mailed a check in February 2008 and by April I had never received any magazines. When calling their customer service numbers they had no record of my renewal even though I have a canceled check that says otherwise. I did some internet research on Magazine Billing Services and found that other people are having the same issues with other magazines as well. I would like to know why the Hechts store at the Cary Town Centre in Cary, NC does not carry prom dresses. It's a large Hechts store and every other Hechts where we have shopped carry prom dresses to my knowledge. Last May of 05 I moved to a new location and I needed a grass trimmer. I went to Home Depot and purchased a Roybi electric trimmer. It was early in July before I used it, and found it didn't work. I phoned Roybi and was told take it back to the store and get a new one, or get it repaired but I might have to pay for it if they found I misused it. I took it back to the Home Depot, and explained what happened and was told that the 30 days for a return had expired. I since learned that its a 90 day return policy.
