Did not authorize the 34.95 that was charged. Web savers obviously got my credit card number and charged me 34.95 four times. It has not been returned to me. I purchase Bosch washer and dryer a week ago. The washer does not spin properly, thus the clothes are almost wet. The dryer does not dry everything especially the seam and pockets on the pants. You cannot dry wash clothes and towels together because only items close to the sense will dry. Their free trial is totally a scam...You don't get the product until your "2 week free trial" is nearly over with, they are only "open" from 8-5 EST M-F, no weekends, no evenings, etc. and they take FOREVER to answer the phone if they do at all when they are open.
