My telephone land line service went out and I can't reach a human being to discuss the matter. All I can get is a recording about "call volumes running very high" and a voice robot that gives me the same spiel about how interested they are in my problem, blah, blah...yada, yada. I received multiple charges on my Phone bill for something called ILD Teleservices Long Distance Calls (toll charge inquiries call 800-433-4518). They charged me 14.95 and back dated charges over many months. This station is licensed to provide reception in Henderson County NC and represents that they serve this and the Asheville area. They are the only NBC affiliate in the area. WYFF TV, the local TV affiliate has enacted a program intrusion during the Today Show where it blocks approaximately 15% of the lower screen with a ruinning banner, half of which is blank. The station has refused to return calls or respond to this obnoxiopus practice and I feel that my TV viewing by a public staion has been severely compromised. I purchased the BodyShaper I saw on the internet from a company called Ubuyez. I returned the complete order including the FREE gifts because it did not fit . everytime i play madden 09 on the wii. people cheat. this seriously needs to be corrected or i will have to find another system to play. i sit there playing a game. it takes an hour to play four five minute quarters. i sit there and someone beats me. then i play them again and im winning by one point and they turn it over. they then cut off the game. why does the wii not let it count as a win for me. i just sat and endured 55 minutes of a game losing. then wen im winning they cut the game off. this needs to be like the xbox. it counts as a loss. if this is not corrected then the next madden is going to be stupid. read full review »

I initially purchased a vehicle from them in 2004 when they operated out of a trailer. Despite their 118 point inspection service advertised on their web site, my vehicles battery wasn't connected and kept stalling. Then the radio went.
