This place is co crazy. It was the one of the most expensive mistakes I have ever made. Let's start with the classes. There are no instructors or teachers. VERY misleading!!! I received an email from my credit card company about an unauthorized charge of $2.01. Through a product that I ordered, I was able to receive 3 months free of my choice of 3 magazines (which I could cancel at any time and not be charged for any months after the 3 month trial). This is the worst service I have ever received. The belt of of my dress was defective, requiring a new one needing to be ordered after going round and round until I was almost short of breath with the sales girls and manager. When I arrived for minor alterations and asked for a cost breakdown the girl said "we forgot the bussle" and actually added additional costs to the alterations I guess just to show me for asking. I was told my account execs name and phone number - I was told what to fax her; i.e. tax forms for 2008, financial analysis forms, etc. I did this - faxed them on 03/17/2009. I was told to give her 5 - 10 days to review the paperwork, then call her. I got her VM. She informed callers that her callback turnaround time was/is 3 - 5 days. I am very unhappy with my bad experience with Uzma Hatia (Affordable Dentistry Today). On March 3, 2009, I went to her office for teeth cleaning and filling. She wanted to do expensive crowning for four teeth, though only two of my teeth needs filling. I declined her attempt and only got cleaning done. Afterwards I visited two other dentists. 5 years ago I purchased an air conditioning unit from Sears. It came with a 10-year warranty. This is the second time I have had to call someone out. This is my most recent experience. Same scam as the other complaint listed here. Promises to send you a ghost written manuscript after you provide initial deposit. You send the deposit. Then the problems start. Cannot deliver the manuscript - computer problems, mail problems, family problems, etc. You ask for a refund after trying to work with the guy for a couple months and bam.
