Call 866-594-4537 to complain but be prepared for a long wait (my wait was almost 15 minutes but I was determined to get thru). A CSR will come on the line reading from a script. You have to dig in your heels and stay adamant about requesting a refund. I also stated I was returning the package once it arrives, unopened. May 27, 2009 I belong to a Bible study group that was interested in 2 books by Joanna Weaver. They were advertised at $3.99 per book or $5.89 for large print. I wanted 6 of each book. I ordered a GPS in early April 2009 from ESCStores using Paypal for $424.22. They took my money and I never got the GPS or anything else. Paypal took my claim and resolved in my favor but they said that they could not recover any money from ESC Stores so I got NOTHING from Paypal. That is the last time I put my faith in Paypal!! My son was given a Walmart/Ge Moneybank Prepaid Visa card as a gift. When he tried to use the card he was told he had to have the orignal cash register receipt, which he doesn't have because it was a gift. I got a call from a man saying I was being sued. I asked why and he was very stern and said I did not pay back this online loan I took out in Dec of 07. I told him I wanted to call that bank and check as that account had been closed around that time. He gave me his number to call him back. Unable to cancel service after term. Called customer service number 1888-247-4080 and after about a 10 minute hold, spoke to a representative and told him I wished to cancel my alarm monitoring. He took all my info, then said he needed to connect me to the cancellation department. Called in December tying to get information on progress and updated credit report, was told "really busy" will send it out soon.
