Even though I went back on the website and got a phone number they still did not and adamantly refused to give me a refund even though I offered to send the entire bottle back unused. They charged my account $80; when I spoke with Paul in customer service he was so nasty I was almost in tears... one statement said after I asked for his supervisor was, " if you want I can transfer you to the janitor, he is above me on the upper floor; otherwise I am the highest authority here". This is the only company I have encountered in my 43 years that regardless of any factors you will not be refunded!!! Unheard of!!! read full review »

These THIEVES have sent me three (3) UNSOLICETED AND UNWANTED bottles of these God-knows-what pills which I promptly dosposed of as I did not order them. I didn't "cancel" anything since I hadn't ordered anything, and the package said "FREE". Lo and behold I got my Master Card bill today and find myself charged $34.84 THREE times for something I never asked for! I finally had to cancel my bank card with my bank for all the fraudulent charges by acaidetox. I will billed nearly 200.00 dollars after the product was returned and cancelled. In addition, they continue to bill 2.00, 3.00, 1.95 for foreign transaction fees.
This is all a scam and it is very frustrating trying to get your money back. Do not purchase any trial sample or any product from this company, you will pay dearly every month. Very difficult to reach someone to resolve the issue. This is a scam company. read full review »

I did the 7 day trial and now have had 3 $72.21 charges to my acct. I ate the 1st charge because I did not read the fine print. So I cancelled the account and any future charges. Now i have 2 more charges that I am told I have to eat because I didn't get a cancellation number in the 1st place. I called my bank and there isn't anything they can do about this. I have bought a 10.4" ttouchscreen monitor from Chinavasion.com for $240 and its arrived as DEAD. The product has bubbles all over the screen and its not professionally manufactured. They have assembled the LCD Screen using double sided tapes. The stand comes with the monitor dont fits and th emonitor shakes like hell. The touchscreen not works and monitor restarts automatically. Seems to be a used/refurbished product.

I received a letter in the mail yesterday that AMEX has cancelled my card. I have had the card for ten years and never made one late payment. My credit limit was only 5K and my current balance is about $500. I hadn't even used the card since Nov 08. Per the "computer generated letter", information from Experian is the reason. This Kerr woman is very rude person who has no customer servise skills and should not be allowed to be in direct contact with customers. She is a liar and she hung up the phone in my face. Regional Acceptance Corp. received a check from my insurance company on 3/4/09. There was a overpayment of $2524. I was told on 3/6 that they would send me the check after 15 business days (which I completely understand they need to make sure the insurance check clears the bank). I again call them on 3/30/09 to see if my overage check went out. At that point they told me there was no overage. Purchased a new Refrigerator that was advertised as free delivery November 21, 2008. I had to pay for the delivery $65.oo and mail in for a rebate . The form states that I would receive my rebate within 10-12 weeks. Mailed the form 11/21/2008 and today is 03/31/2009. The form states it will be cancelled after six months and that is not far away. I bought a car from this dealership in December 2008. Of course no one buys from a used car dealer unless they are in desperate circumstances and my case was no different. The first couple of weeks I had the car, I discovered two of the tires had slow leaks in them. I figured, no big deal I can take them to Discount Tire and have them repaired for free. We had the most horrible experience with Hercules Fence. They started to install a fence in our backyard, and after we noticed the posts were very crookedly set in concrete and asked them to fix it, they blamed us for actually intentionally bending the steel fence! In the end they pulled up the fence and left. Later, they tried to sue us so for preventing them from finishing so we had to get a lawyer, who couldn't imagine what they were thinking. We purchased a new uline refrig for our bar a few years ago and have had nothing but trouble. Within the first few months the noise from the compressor became unbearable, the light works once in a while so we keep a flashlight next to the refrig. It was our biggest regret in a very large remodel project After many unsuccessful attempts to contact a uline representative by phone and by email and NEVER getting a response, we finally just chalked it to a 1200 dollar mistake . Company installed complete bathroom for over $7000.00 in August of 2005. Starting in February of this year we had a bad leak in the basement coming from shower floor. We called 4-6 times and left messages to come and fix the problem. Never did we ask or imply that it was to be done for free.
