Everyone out there, watch out for the convincing sales add on CRAIGSLISTOPTIMIZER.COM who will rip you off for $97 and more expenses incurred as you run a zero to none profit affiliated website using there templates. Basically, this website promises you to make your money back in one day of setting it up. Well, setting it up completely takes more than one day because you have to wait for approval from ebay affiliate partner. Amazon partner was no problem, and so was google adsense. It took me 3 days to finish and upload my affiliate website... read full review »

My Husband and I had all new windows and a sliding glass door and a French door put in our house. When they installed the French doors they were hard to lock so we called them to come and fix it. We were told they would call us and let us know when they could come. We left on vacation and it just so happened that my mother was here and they came by to fix the door. Well when we came back home and saw what a terrible job they did we called again. Dave came over to access the situation and promised he would order a new part for the door... read full review »

We purchased a Siena Van and let the salesman and finance person talk us into a lease. We had never leased a vehicle and told them so and explained we were very unfamiliar with leasing. We were told three times we could bring the car back in two years and get another one. However, the lease is for five e=years and if we pay it early there is a $10, 000 penalty. We are stuck with the car until the lease is paid out. We asked the dealer about this three times and were told it was not as it read. We received a letter about bring the car in... read full review »

The Real Estate Advocate
Collins March 31, 2009
This company is profiteering from the slow real estate market by targeting real estate agents with big promises for referral clients and lead generation in exchange for a $3500-$3950 entry/set up fee for a service that is worthless. Here's the scam: The agent gets a phone call asking if they will accept a referral client, which any agent will certainly accept. They are instructed to call a number later that day for a conference call about the 'client.' No such client exists; the conference call is a sales pitch for becoming... read full review »

I can tell you first hand that if there is any justice in this world, these people will end up in jail. If you are a prospective consumer or employee of this firm, stay away. They don't train their employees or agents... regularly ignore state and federal insurance compliance laws and are pathological liars. Brian Fillweber, Suzanne Pearl and there staff/family regularly make promises to people they never intend to keep, dodge repeated calls from current and former associates and fail to pay their employees. They like to BS people on... read full review »

Be careful of anyone telling you they represent Wells Fargo bank and that they can cut your credit card fees by switching credit card processors and what ever you do don't turn loose of your existing terminal to them! This scam started with the salesman telling me that he can save me money because my bank and my credit card processor were all charging me a fee on my credit card settlements and that all credit cards are run through Wells Fargo anyway and by using him (Wells Fargo) I was essentially cutting out these other... read full review »

PrepLogic
Daniel March 31, 2009
I purchased a practice exam from Preplogic as part of a promotion where I would receive a $155 rebate towards an exam voucher. Part of the promotion said that I could not send in the rebate until 30 days after the purchase, which I followed. I sent in my rebate after 30 days, and waited an additional two months without receiving my rebate. I called them up, and they claimed that that had never received my rebate, but were still willing to honor my rebate. They then sent me my gift card, which I received about 3-4 weeks later. The TaxClub
Jan de Jager March 31, 2009
Last May 2008 we got involved with StoresOnline and PMI, something we certainly do NOT regret up to now. An absolute LETHAL trap however was the TaxClub in New York !!! Unfortunately SOL and/or PMI had given our details to another company in New York called the TaxClub located in the Empirestate building (www.thetaxclub.com). Suddenly I was called on my mobile in September 2008 by one of their sales people (Anthony Cheedy) and I was lured into having my creditcard charged for $3.895 (US). So i contacted customer service and spoke to a sale representative, he could not help me so he transfered me to his supervisor John. I googled ARizona Diamondbacks to buy tickets. The company popped up looking like the official site to buy your tickets for these games. I picked the seats they were sold to me at 33 each plus 6.27 handling fee on each ticket plus a $15 dollar shipping fee. Total amount I paid was $132.81. The tickets arrived days before the event and the ticket price on each ticket was $15 each! Thompson Ford
Bettsy March 31, 2009
My husband and I are young, but mature beyond our years! We went to Thompson Ford just looking at vehicles and they quickly began handing us keys to anything we wanted to drive! They related to us on personal levels about everything (e.g. budgets, income, family, etc.). We became very comfortable very fast. We didn't go to the dealership to buy or trade, but soon began considering the thought (and signing the papers...). We own a 2005 Ford Escape worth about $16, 800 (KBB) to $18, 600 (NADA) on trade in and between $21, 000 (KBB) to $23... read full review »

Within six months our dishwasher stopped working correctly. I am a former employee, and glad to see that there are others bringing Tom Brook and Alyssa Heitman's fraudulent actions into light. From my experience, Tom and Alyssa POCKET the retainer fees, promising loan after loan after loan, but with NO results. I responded to an internet ad that stated that the Presidents stimulus plan included grants. It stated that there were grants for school, starting a business and even paying your bills. All they asked for this information was a shipping charge for the CD. I have been ripped off before by Credit Card USA, so I read the ad very carefully and searched for any small print. My experience with these crooks are very similar. I worked with these unscrupulous individuals for only a few months, that was enough to learn they are who they proclaim themselves to be. I had to file complaints with BBB, Attorney General & EEOC about getting paid after working for them. I finally received a fraction of what I was suppose to be paid. I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt they are crooks, and misrepresenting to the public. In today's economics times, companies like ASP can not be permitted to exist. They have... read full review »
