I had my credit card charged for the game. I received the conformation email. I loaded up their download manager and downloaded the manual and begun to download the game. The download manager stopped at 30% and refuses to reconnect. I could not get onto their website (or any under the IGN entertainment umbrella). Hi, I placed an order with the above company on February 25. My credit card was charged the same day. The order contained a ladies shoulder bag. Price $55.95 plus shipping $35.87 (total = $91.82). An Electrolux Washer was delivered to my “brand new” home one day after closing escrow. Within a few days, the Electrolux Washer flooded my upstairs (location of laundry room) and downstairs. They have been holding $150. in pending payments since Jan. 25. No one can tell me why and the hold time to get to customer has been as long as 45 min more that once. GM raises its rate from 9.9% to 30.9 % without any courtesy phone call after a late payment. They, according to them, do not have the customer service power to make such call, nor they can they send an email warning or reminder. despite me signing up for all the alerts possible, no warning was issued and the rate changed with no notice.
