Reverse Phone Detective is a TOTAL SCAM. They lure you in by saying you'll have unlimited searches for one year. Then when trying to do a search, they will require you to buy tracer report credits (at $9.95 per credit). I tested it on my own home phone (a land line) and it told me it was unpublished (it's not), but to find out more, I could buy tracer credits and they'd be happy tell me more. I ordered it and later I found out that they have charged my account already one for 59 dollars and second time for 68 and some cents. Veritasprep is apparently in the business of gmat prep but makes false claims about the qualifications of instructors. It claims that all of its instructors are 99th percentile but people who have taught for the company confirm that they had not scored in the 99th percentile. The company is allegedly run by a lawyer who should know better than to make deceptive claims. Veritas claims it supplies 14 tests but they are all sourced from companies that are selling the software themselves. Veritas marks up those tests obscenely and makes you pay an arm and a leg. Slim Easy Pro stoled $88.97 from my checking account. I bought from an internet ad on 12/1/8 and paid $7.99 with a promise of cans of shakes, bars and other items. Received just a tiny jar with a thimble sized scoop of chocolate flavored powder and a piece of paper that said if I like banana flavor, to add a banana, if I like peanut butter, to add that to the powder and a glass of water twice a day, and that was my diet for a month!! I am very concerned over how Capital One Auto Financing is applying payments on my account. When I was paying my normal payment and principal payments, I noticed they were not adjusting my principal balance at all. I called and was told that I needed to send a separate payment to a different lockbox, so I did. Even after I did that, they still did not adjust my principal balance by the extra amount I was paying. I never received a confirmation from them that they received the order so a week later I placed the order again from memory (slightly different as I couldn't remember exactly what I tried to order the first time). We sent Kieth Anderson $1000.00 to secure a ten thousand dollar debt consolidation loan at a time when we could least afford it. Our car was breaking down and we wanted out of debt so we scraped together one thousand cash in the hopes of relieving us of some of our debt. I got charged $5.95 for a free trail bottle and called to cancel. When I got my statement from my bank account I have been charged the $5.95 one the 13 day of November plus another $78.84 on the second day of December 2008. I ordered a vcd that could only be found on this website based in Hong Kong. You can order seemingly easily - you'll immediately get a email confirmation with directions on how to pay. This company over-promises and severely under-delivers. I sent my hard drive in for repair. Their final quote was ten times the original estimate, so I asked for my drive to be returned unfixed. I ordered acaiberry and tea power free trial. Total charge 4.95 for shipping and handling. I received the product plus bromalite product which I did not order. The initial charge was 34.87 for the item I did not order plus two shipping and handling charges at 4.95 each. Then after 14days my account was charged again. This time for 78.31. Having been satisfied with our meal I decided to give them a 10% tip. I did this using my visa debit card and signed the receipt. When I checked my bank statement they had charged me $10 more than agreed. This is the secont time it has happened at an Outback restaurant so it is not a coincidence. At the closing we signed a document that indicated a flood determination was completed prior to the closing, and it indicated that we were NOT IN a special flood hazard zone.
