The purchasing went fine, they were glad to take my money. The delivery is the problem, as well as their customer service. i sent a message asking for the tracking numbers from them, i recieved very terse responses. the first one made no sense, the second one did, but on friday, the UPS person just passed right by. after another few e-mails i finally recieve a message telling me it was shipped today, 10 days after the order rather than the 4 days it says on the website. will not buy from them ever, want to squish them... read full review »

It's quite simple. This so-called company is a total FRAUD & SCAM. They claim to sell items like anyone else on the internet. Take payments by all the normal methods but the only difference is once they collect your money they NEVER ship you anything. They conveniently have no phone number listed or available anywhere. You can search all you want but all you'll ever find is an address listed for them. I'm willing to bet it's a vacant office space is all. Ordered on a Monday with the stipulation that the item had to arrive by Friday. Followed up every day by calling and asking for a tracking number only to be told that the tracking number would be provided when it became available. I have bought hundreds of complete systems and countless parts from Equus for many years. There have been very few errors -- and only during the most hectic periods. Problems have always been resolved quickly. Equus also does one thing which has made me a loyal customer for these many years -- they keep system pricing current. Avoid these guys if possible. When I called to confirm an order I was told the lens was a manual focus lens and was talked into spending another extra $100 that I could ill afford to get an auto focus lens. This more expensive package contained items I really didn't want, but after listening to the same spiel at 3 other of these NY based photo shops I gave in (unfortunately) and purchased the higher priced package. I did, however, request a "free sample" of the Acai berry supplement that was advertised on Oprah and authorized the shipping charges of $3.95. I never use this card, I was just making monthly payments to pay it off. Now it is paid off and I got a statment with a $10.00 charge. It seems strange for the school to send out a letter to everyone saying that the new cameras were installed at the middle school inside and out to hold the children and staff accountable. Are they having problems with the staff? Are they having problems with the children that the staff couldn't get off their ass and go stop? I signed up with Debtco back in 2004, they have over 9k of my money. Enough money to pay off my credit card, which is what they were suppose to do. I stopped to get gas at 9:30 this morning at the above Getty station. Every sign on the pumps and on Huntington Pk. listed the price of 87 octane gas at $1.93 / gallon. What has happened with cigarettes is completely un-acceptable. There is no reason that we should have to take this lying down. These new FSC cigarettes are supposed to make it harder to start fires. Well, it is NOT harder to start a fire when the fire falls off of your cigarette and into your lap, carpet, sofa, etc. And the taste? Disgusting! Cricket is charging the undersigned with a $3 charge for paying my phone bill on time. I pay my bill at the Cricket Store where I bought 2 phones. They don't mail you a bill. They don't even provide you with an invoice upon paying cash at the store. When I question this their answer was; " if you want an invoice, we will charge you .55 cnts for doing so". I received a Sealy Waterbrook mattress from Costco a month ago. It is still emitting an overpowering stench of chemicals, and I'm waking up with breathing difficulties and stinging eyes. The odor is so strong that you can smell it from the hall leading up to the bedroom.
