I ordered a subscription for my Mom for Magazine City on January 9th. My credit card was charged on January 10th. Today is March 23rd, with no subscription in sight. I have called all of the phone numbers for Magazine City and all of it's variations (Magazinia, etc.) and I can not get a human being to answer the phone at all. I have left messages, but anticipate no return call based upon what I have seen on this site. How unfortunate. I had used them in the past and actually got the magazines. I purchased an HTC Touch Pro in later part of December of 2008. After using the cellular telephone for three months, I noticed that the cord used to connect the cellular telephone to the computer or to charge the telephone is coming apart. I can see the internal wires. I contacted HTC whose only responses was I will give you the contact information to sales so you can purchase another cord. After my Orders were placed, prepayment was requested. One Order was finally completed after 2 1/2 month and many follow up Calls. Another Order, after 3Month, is completely ignored. A 3rd Order was finally received, but fell short by 25%. The Packing Slip however indicated comletion of the Order. Followup Calls are ignored!!! I purchased webroot and loaded it on my computer. When I tried to clean up after the sweep, the system reuired a renewal fee in spite of the fact that I had just activated and installed it on my computer. The (free #$%) technical support has a 30 minute que with a sarcastic message that comes in and tells you that you need to pay to get immediate support. I will never buy WEbroot again. I became concerned when I sent an e-mail, which was not answered ever. My question was where are these jobs located, since I am unemployed, and have been looking 2 to 3 times a day and have signed on with several job search web sites. Well NONE of these jobs have ever showed up in local newspapers, local employment agencys. I work from a home office and was often going over my minutes with T Mobile. They recommended a new technolgy and product called T Mobile at home or T Mobile @ home. Through a wireless router a special cell phone would pick up my internet signal and all calls would be through the router and not create any minutes on my bill. Basically for 100 a month I had unlimited free calls. Well the first month I received a bill for 300 due to overages. All calls were made from home while sitting 3 feet from the router. TicketMaster sends credit card info to its accomplice, Ent* Entertainment Rewards in Troy, MI and they automatically charge $9. each month without stopping and without delivering any product. They say that somehow when we ordered tickets there was a checkbox to allow this, but I always uncheck all contact boxes when making any online order. Keep getting phone calls from this collection agency about an amount I owe Verizon, I cancelled my service with Verizon on 1/7/09. I called Verizon to ask what it was that I owed and they tell me I don't owe anything, in fact they owe me $12.55 credit for an overpayment. Not sure if this is a SCAM, the CCA people are obnoxious, they don't really care what Verizon is telling me because they have received the account for collection and if I don't want credit score issues, I need to have my credit card # handy next time I call. Grant Writing Express and Grant Mentoring Center has taken an unauthorized charge of $74.95 from my bank after canceling within the 7 day free trial. I called 2 times to verify on 3-15-09 that my account ordered on 3-10-09 was canceled. I was assured twice that my account would not be charged the $74.95. They promote a Free Trial Product for $4.99 S & H and if not satisfied return unused before the 15 day trial period and nothing will be charged. Hi, my name is Marck Optes, my little son formatted the whole computer system, what I can do with that - nothing really, because he is my son. So all the family pictures has been there, all the memories, there was nothing to do but ask for a recovery. It took two weeks, but it was done - perfectly - all the pictures are recovered, the only thing is that the files names are 1, 2, 3, 4... but as I was told the RAW recovery was done and there were no way to recover the names of the files, I can live with that :) the pictures are fine. I adopted a cat from Larimer County Humane Society. I thought that would be the right thing to do, but I got the raw end of the deal. First off they told me the animal was perfectly healthy, 75$ later and a trip to the vet says he is sick with the same things we were told less than an hour ago had been fixed by Larimer's Vet. I received an offical looking letter the other day out of Ontario with a check for 4, 881.00 with my name on it. I was supposed to cash this check at my bank and moneygram most of it to some long lost uncle up in Canada. I could then keep the rest, or some 830.00. What I can't believe is it's those same rotten lowlifes from Nigeria who tried to involve me in another scam about 6 months ago. This also originated out of Canada. I bought a pedi paws online and it had an $8.00 rebate. when the rebate check came I cashed it. by cashing the rebate check it signed me up for TLG buyer advantage @ $139.99 which they took out of my checking account, which then put me into the negative and I had to pay nsf fees.
