I paid $1.95 to receive a CD with instructions that I could use it free for 10 days. Upon trying to use the CD "Adobe Flash Player" stopped a potentially unsafe operation. I was informed that after the 10 days they would be billing me $14.95 monthly until I cancled. I can not reach anyone to stop any further charges to my American Express Card. I booked my 40th birthday party for 125 people with them a 1yr in advance, put down a 500.00 deposit and was told 3weeks before the event that they had to cancel my event due to the Coast Guard shutting the boat down. THis turned out to be a big lie, their event coordinator CHaney made up this big lie, so I had to re-plan my whole party in a matter of 2weeks. I went in to purchase a firearm, and the guy behind the counter was the rudest person I have ever met. I filled out the paperwork for the firearm, and then decided two days later that I didn't want it any more. He tells me stuff is with Fedex and gives me tracking number. Go to Fedex website which says items not received from Basspro yet. Dr. Gil Segev is the worst, and so is Laser Perfect. I went to them and sustained multiple burns (and now with residual scarring all over), and they were not willing to resolve the matter. They did not refund me money that I had paid for a session I never used, and they did not follow-up my burns. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and one of Dr. Segev's employees wrote to the BBB stating the issue had been resolved, which was NOT TRUE AT ALL! I was immediately charged, and on Dec 25, 2008 I got an email from them appologizing for the delay and offering a refund, or continued order with free gift. Their site clearly states 2-3 days shipping then they email you saying it is 4-7 days after you paid. No phone number or email responses.
