I was looking for some email address to launch my new company and i come across Datadepot.biz i was a little hesitant but i spoke to rep several times and he assured me that they were a reputable company etc. I went ahead and bought email address's from them. I purchased a television online as a xmas gift mid December. I received the item just prior to 12/25 only to find the wrong item had been shipped, a lesser quality and size television. I returned the television and two weeks later received the correct item however it didn't work. no picture nor sound. I shipped this item back and incurred a $45 shipping expense to do so. I purchased the complete set of 'The Outer Limits' then new series on January 17, 2009. I received them on February 14, 2009. When I started to view them, I found many episodes missing and in the wrong order. Also on many of the DVD's the menus would not work to allow you to select which episode you wanted to view. In these times of recession, how can the credit card companies take such advantage of their customers!! I can barely pay the minimum payment, but I do pay it on time and they still hike the rate way an above the callof the fair act. We need to stop this type of criminal behavior. After purchasing flowers from Pro Flowers a 1.95 charge appeared on my card. Basically the charge is for a discount service you sign up for when you get your 15.00 coupon. The good news is if you call the number listed on your credit card statement they will cancel you alleged membership and credit you card. I signed up on grantnow.com. I reviewed the information and decided it wasn't what I really wanted. I had recieved a confirmation email saying I had 7 days to get a full-refund. I called on the 6th day and was told that it was company policy that I could not get a refund since it had been more than 3 days. Every time I called back, I get the same indian girl and am told that all supervisors are busy in a meeting. I am calling my bank today to put a stop-payment on the fee. Be very careful when conductong business with Bottone Masonry. We paid the contractor a deposit to purchase materials to begin a job. Contractor had holes dug, but never came back to finish the job. We had to pay a second contractor to finish the job. Phone calls never returned, contractor ignored complaint placed with the Better Business Bureau. I ordered a makeup kit priced at $29.95 from Sheer Cover, using a Charles Schwab Visa Safe Shopping credit card. It works like a prepaid card in that it allows you to put only how much you intend to spend, and allows you a time frame, and then a computer generated credit card number similar to yours is given to you with a valid expiration date, and security code. I called to have this guy take a look at my central heat unit. I already knew what it needed, and he told me I needed an entire new unit, when in reality I only needed a new blower motor. I told him I was going to order my own motor and wanted him to put it in. Aarons debited our account twice now unauthorized for a total amount of $292.72. The first time the charge was taken off our account on 1/27 and again on 2/16. Stillno fan and now when you call you get recordings that gice excuses for why no one is available. They clearly are taking new orders to pay for merchandise, refunds etc, but just not your order.
