This company has been charging my credit card under different names, always the same amount 58.20. Someone actually called me at home and I told them I was no longer interested. Today I saw two charges on my credit card and tracked down their phone number. They told me that I never cancelled and that they cannot refund my charges, WOW what an innovative way to make money, charging folks who are not interested, tell their customer service folks who call over and over again that you are not interested in the service and then bill you under two... read full review »

Quality Subscriptions Inc.
Kromwel March 18, 2009
A young, (late teen, early twenties) white male stopped by our home asking for donations for his baseball team. In exchange for the donation he promised to wash our windows in a few days. He never showed up. The check was made out to and eventually endorsed by QSI, Quality Subscriptions Inc. I saw two different men around the same age walking around my neighborhood today, they stopped by my house, not knowing I was home, I heard our bottom gate open and someone said, "That's his office". I opened the door and they quickly ran... read full review »

Okay, be very careful before you give away your money to this company. They sound really good on the phone, making you believe their a christian based company. There's a lot of people out there who use Christ as their crutch. Their so believable, it's scarey. What they do is tell you how their going to market your timeshare and aggressivley get it sold or rented in 90 day cycles. Ask them how they can prove to you how their marketing takes place. Have them email or fax you a signed document showing proof that they have the... read full review »

Wu-Yi Tea etc.
S. Terry Lee, J.D. March 18, 2009
Warn all of your friends and neighbors - any thing to do with Wu-Yi Tea is probably a scam. Once they obtain your bank information they will begin to drain money in small amounts, hoping you won't notice. The debit is listed as "membership" so you don't associate it with the "free sample" of weight loss tea you recently ordered for $4.95 and ended up being debited for $49.95. I accuse the owners of this company of theft and challenge them to sue me for libel. Wu-Yi Tea is run by a bunch of crooks, and everyone... read full review »

Don't use these guys. Customer service is non-existent. I tried calling their 800 number over the weekend, and the person who answered sounded like they were answering their home phone and were upset by my call. They asked me to call back during the week. Then, I checked my order more thoroughly and found that I was over charged for my contacts. They added a second "handling fee" into the merchandise sub-total! I recommend using 1800contacts or ACLens. Their prices may seem higher, but in the long run, they're not. read full review »

Lipaphen - ACAI BERRY Trial Offer
nick March 18, 2009
If you have been victimized by this company, please file a complaint with the Internet Crime Prevention at http://complaint.ic3.gov. As we are only dealing with 40.00 - 90.00 charges, the only way that this agency will take us seriously is if enough people report it. It is also important for everyone victimized by them to know that if they purchased this free trial from an advertisement on a blog which appeared to be started by a regular Joe - that the information within that ad DID NOT state the 15 day trial clause. That information can only... read full review »

Bay Area Credit Services
GetEven2 March 18, 2009
Approximately Nov. 2008 Bay Area Credit Services (BACS) contacted me by phone claiming that they had purchased an unpaid account concerning me (for an ambulance ride) from American Medical Response (AMR), an ambulance service company. Back on Oct. 6, 2004. Yes 2004, AMR picked me up at my home and dropped me off at one of the local hospitals, Inland Valley Hospital, (this was a non-emergency), where I was admitted for the day. At that time I had full medical coverage with United Health Care (UNC). After being contacted by BACS, I of... read full review »

I uploaded a screenplay to this site after paying them $129.00. They were to have my script copywritten and I was supposed to receive a confirmation of my script being processed with The Library of Congress. They gave me an order number ORD15930. I've heard nothing by way of email or phone call. After re-reading confirmation by email it states that "They have received my submission and that it HAD been accepted", not has been accepted. LC Technology

I bought this from a distributor of this company. I was under the impression from the description of the software that this would find all of my PDF photos on my computer (lost, damaged, deleted). After I downloaded this program, it did absolutely nothing. It cost me $40. I emailed the LC technology which showed up on my credit card to see if they could help. After several emails it was told that this program will not work with my hard drive files (which is what was needed). So I rented a Penske truck for my move from Oceanside, CA to San Diego, CA. I thought I would change it up and use this rental company since they speak so highly of themselves. Preparing to drop off the truck at the drop off location, I went to the gas station, topped it off, and dropped off the truck. A few days later I noticed an extra charge of $25.oo on my account. FAST TRACK
Sick&Tired March 18, 2009
A company that has currently popped up on job sites is FAST TRACK, which is exactly like SMI, except they sell home remodeling products. I saw the posting on erecruiting.com, and they said they did "Promotional Marketing" (I love how these pathetic companies use various marketing and sales terms to validate their actual strategy. You're a door-to-door sales company, and future prospects are eventually going to find out what you do, so just tell them). They also falsely led me to believe they pay an annual base salary. So I thought... read full review »

This product was being touted along with the Nature's Acai Berry Supplement which Oprah, Dr. Oz and Rachel Ray were all touting as wonderful. When my wife lost her job last year, the income reduction left us perilously close to home foreclose.
