I purchased a luggage item from eBags on Jan. 18, 2009. Received order confirmation, with expected delivery on Jan. 21, 2009. I subsequently sent an email asking them to price match to a competitor's website. I received an email on Jan. 19 in the morning saying that eBags will price match and send me a credit. Four business days later the item had not yet been shipped, nor had I recieved any notice regarding my order at all, or any response to my emails questioning the status of my order (but my credit card WAS charged $86, of course). Bought a Eaglebit 1T external USB drive (Part#EB-250-00165) It worked for a good while, but then slowly started to malfuntion. When TV was free I feel it was ok to watch commercials, someone had to pay. Now in this day and age, we must subscribe to a service that can be expensive. It is killing me that I pay for a premium channel HBO, and get old movies from the 70's 80's 90's etc. These types of older movies are not what I am paying for! I could get them from the Library for free... Who is in charge of the Television Networks that air and monitor shows other than the company themselves. I purchased a 2004 Nissian Sentra from Faulkner of Quakertown in May of 2008. By October my engine had blown up. When I took it to Faulkner they said it would be covered by the factory warranty and sent it to a Nissian dealership. I too fell victim to the online ad last month. Read the customer blog and ordered a bottle of the Acai Berry and one bottl of Bromolite from 2 different sites for FREE (supposidely) - just pay shipping and handling. Timeshares by owner contacted us by phone a few years back saying they could sell our timeshares. Like the suckers most of us are we agreed, but only after I tried to get them to sell my timeshare first, then let them take their fees fron the sale price of my timeshare. These companies are scamming people out of money for free trials and illegally posting charges against consumers credit cards etc once they get the consumer to accept the FREE TRIAL.
